I just went through the drive thru, as I often do, and ordered a Sierra Turkey sandwich. Obviously that was an accident! There are two pieces of turkey on this sandwich with several pieces of old lettuce on it! Gross and unappetizing. I will not be visiting again anytime soon. Your only upside here was your drive thru attendant Melisa. She was very nice. This is not a reflection of her service.

I have been coming here since this location opened. I always get a you pick 2 with mac and cheese and a salad. Today I came in and paid $ 13 for my meal they gave me so little mac and cheese, it was laughable. Again, I’ve come here many times and am used to the portion. I’ve never complained at a restaurant and it honestly takes guts for me to even ask for a fork if they forget. I went up and showed them the portion and asked if I could have a little bit more. The girl was nice and had to ask her manager. I asked him and he looked at it and to my face said«no». I wasn’t trying to be cheap at all, I just am entitled to the portion I paid for. I told him I had never seen it so small. He continued to tell me that was the portion size and I didn’t get any more. It wasn’t so much about me needing mac and cheese as the fact that it took guts for me to go up and ask and he embarrassed me. Embarrassed a customer and withheld the simple thing I asked for. I do not have the mentality that the customer is always right. I’ve worked in food service and know when customers are being cheap and demanding. I wasn’t. If someone asks a simple questions how hard is it to deliver customer service? Worst customer service experience of my life.

The food is decent and the ambiance is nice; however I was very unimpressed with the staff. When I tried to connect to the wifi, I received an error message from Panera’s website. When I asked staff for advice, I was told that no one else had complained about the wifi and they offered no other assistance.

I like what Panera offers but have had so many poor experiences I don’t know why I continue to return(I return bc I have children in car seats and healthy drive thrus are few and far between.) more than once my salad requested with no chicken arrived with chicken bits throughout so in assuming they removed the big bites when the mistake was discovered. Today I bought a sandwich and soup. I’ll post a pic of my sandwich– that had a piece of cheese the size of a quarter and when I arrived at the park with my son there was no spoon so he couldn’t share my soup and that became a problem.

My husband and I love the food here but will not be returning. After going through the drive through the last 3 times, our orders were wrong and items were forgotten. Upon calling, the manager said he would send us a gift card in the mail. We never received it and so we called the second time our order was wrong and still never received a gift card or refund. This last time the manager said they would refund our order. We are waiting to see if it’s going to be posted. When we told the manager we would no longer be returning, she did not do anything to keep us as customers. No matter how good the food is, if service is terrible like this, we will not be returning here.

I’ve come to this location a couple of times now and both times I have had the pleasure of having Kelly at the register. She is so sweet and makes sure to tell you what is new or has changed on the menu:)

This is definitely a healthier and better alternative to a lot of your normal fast food restaurants here in America. Don’t get turned off by how expensive the food gets because it definitely is worth it. Panera’s menu satisfies everyone’s quick and easy cravings such as salads, soups, pastas and pastries. I know that there is a side of the menu that is for people who desire a more low carb/low calorie diet and from what I heard it’s pretty tasty! My usual order at Panera is the Super Smoothie, White Cheddar Mac and Cheese or the Chicken Tortellini with either a Cream of Broccoli or Lemon Orzo Soup. I love this location because it’s conveniently placed right before i5S and i5N and is also a drive thru. When coming here sign up for a rewards so you can earn points and get free food!

This was my first time at Panera. Nice outward appearance and nice layout. The cashier was friendly and we placed our orders. In my case a chicken tortellini pasta was ordered and I was told it comes with a sandwich and I selected a Mediterranean chicken and a side of chips. The second person ordered similarly. We were advised to seat ourselves and the food would be brought to the table. A few minutes after, the cashier brought a beeper to the table at the same time the food was being delivered. While eating I looked at the receipt and was astonished to see that we were charged for the sandwich. We called for the manager and asked about the extra charges. We were then told that the sandwich was extra. I felt that I had been fooled and deceived by the actions of the cashier. The manager advised that the cashier was new and in training. The only thing I can say was that she was well trained in fooling the customers. The manager agreed to refund my money for my sandwich as it was untouched. My partner had already consumed the second sandwich so no refund.

Three strikes and youre out! For the third consecutive visit our order came out incorrectly, This gets tiresome, My wife asked for some lemon with her water and it took forever to get it, The food is decent enough but the lackadaisical attitude and«whatever» service has become annoying, The quality/price of the food is just not worth the trouble. Our last visit to this place.

The first time I went there I was more impressed. The inside is big and spacious and comfortable. They have a large selection of food and beverages. They have a decent selection of bagels and cream cheese. The second time I went I went to the drive-thru. The service was good and quick but the breakfast sandwich I ordered was pretty poorly thrown together. It wasn’t very good. I guess it’s a hit or miss type of place.

My mom and I have visited the Edmonds, WA location about 3 times a month for approximately 3 years. Throughout this time, we’ve experienced almost no consistency. Turnover seems to be extremely high and the store can often be extremely dirty. Mom always orders the ham, egg, and cheese power sandwich. It is supposed to be grilled, but we’ve found it usually isn’t grilled or heater enough and it’s very soggy as a result. Mom started requesting they toast the bread so that it doesn’t become a soggy mess. Her sandwich has arrived anywhere from completely untoasted to completely black(and I do mean charred). Even though about 2/3s of the time, they are incapable of reasonably complying with this request, she has NEVER sent a sandwich back. She eats it and we continue to come back, hoping they can get it right. In spite of these experiences, we continue to come back. My reasoning is that when they actually get it right, it’s good food. Also, I’ve been a Panera stockholder for many years and I believe it supporting companies I own stock in. Last Sunday morning(7÷26÷2015 at approximately 9:30 am) we visited the store. Mom gave the cashier our order(yet another new employee, but she did a great job). As I was walking by the area where the food is prepped, I heard a cook(female approximately 50 – 55 years old with very short dark brown hair and glasses) state, «Oh, no. That lady is back again. She’s never happy with how we make her sandwich and she always complains. But she keeps coming back.» The cook seems absolutely incredulous that we keep coming back. She said all of this in a very loud voice. There were approximately 4 – 5 customers standing right in front of her who got to hear her inappropriate rant. Again, let me state that my mom has NEVER returned a sandwich(whether cold and uncooked or Joan-of-Ark charred). As we were waiting for the food to arrive, I noticed the receipt states, «Accuracy matters. Your order should be correct every time… Just let any associate know.» Perhaps, this employee never bothered to read the receipt. I didn’t tell my mom about what I heard because I thought it was extremely hurtful and disrespectful. This employee clearly has no sense of customer service and, judging from the Unilocal reviews I’ve recently read for this store, that seems to be a strong theme. Please note that, before sending this email, I used the Chat function to attempt to obtain contact information for the store manager. I was told his first name only. I would have first sent him an email to apprize him of the situation, but I was not given his contact information. They stated his last name and corporate email address were«private.»

You do the math, a cup of coffee or a cup with variety of drinks(soft drinks, iced tea, iced coffee)? If you are looking for a place to do your work on a computer, local café could be an option. But, why not here at Panera Bread(Lake Ballinger Way, Edmonds)? You pay for a cup, and you have access to several different drinks, and when it’s time for a meal, they’ve got some mouth watering choices! I just had«Bacon Turkey Bravo» with macaroni and cheese, plus a piece of French Baguette. Oh boy, they will deliciously fill you up! Great service, and excellent food for what you pay!

Traveling for business it was nice to see a familiar yummy place to eat, that isn’t Asian food! Extreme plus… it’s a DRIVETHRU!!! Yay!!! First time I’ve seen a drive thru Panera!!! LOVEIT! Food was awesome as I have come to expect from them. The turkey avocado BLT was so good, and they toasted it for me which was awesome. I know I was a pain in the butt because I was overwhelmed at the giant menu board, but the girl taking my order was patient and sweet, she was awesome! The food was GREAT and reminded me that I really need to visit my home town store way more often!!!

I love the power breakfast sandwich. I wish it was order-able all day but sadly it is not. Anyway, the ladies that I’ve dealt with here are super friendly and nice. They work with you for substations easily. I only wish they had some cinnamon and nutmeg for the coffee or maybe some non-dairy milk as creamer or milk options.

I hate to do it because I love the soup here but this place is the worst I have to black list them because they literally get my order wrong every time. This is the 2nd time in a row I got home saw it was something completely different and threw it straight in the trash. I finally had enough I tried to call and complain and was greeted with an automated message that seemed to go on forever never leading me to a person I gave up on that route rather quickly and decided to email my complaint to whatever complaint department deals with that and what do I find? The website leads nowhere! It forces you to choose a topic yet there are no topic so here I am. I would much rather get in contact with panera directly but I am not about to drive back there after my double shift so thanks for my piece of bread for dinner panera. Awesome * 5 thumbs down *

My boyfriend loves Panera, so everyone once in awhile we end up going. Always hoping the customer service and food will be better than last time. Well, sure enough it wasn’t. This is seriously the last time I’m going to say, «this is the last time we are coming back.»

I’m not really a fan of this business model where one is expected to bus their own dishes. I never know what to make of these establishments. It’s like Fast Food, with full service prices. You order up front, take a number to your table and the food is delivered to you. Contrary to most fast food establishments, Panera offers up their meals in real dishes, versus wax paper and plastic baskets. This is really the only full-service aspect of it. You get your own beverage and bus the table when you’re done. Think: cafeteria style. Food is fresher, healthier, and tastier than most places, so for that I give 3 stars.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. It has a drive thru, but the interior is quiet and inviting with various nooks to sit at near the window or around a central fireplace. The menu has a large selection of hot or cold sandwiches, soups, salads and bakery goods. Order and pay at the front, get your drinks at the self serve drink station, find a seat, and the server will bring you your food. The food quality and presentation was well done. Our table we sat at wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, and I was disappointed that the server at the register who took our order failed to ask us what we wanted to drink. I actually got back in line just to get water. After waiting for several minutes, another server finally offered assistance and pointed out that water glasses were actually available near the self-serve soda fountain station. Overall, I was pleased with my experience, and I would consider returning in the future.

Panera Bread is a chain. Not everyone loves chains, and to be honest, I did not love Panera the first few times I’ve tried it. But now that I’ve given it a fair chance, I actually quite like the place. I love getting a warmed bagel or egg soufle in the morning when I’m in a hurry, or a lunch combo during lunch. Even if I’m just looking for something quick and easy, it’ll do for dinner too. They’re always super friendly, and super fast. I love that they have a drive thru, and that they also offer a rewards program.
