Takes too long to get your food. The store owner has advised the employees to keep the napkins behind the counter, so you can’t even help yourself if needed. That kind of penny pinching makes you wonder where else corners are cut. It’s not very effective anyway because the employee gave me about 10 napkins for some reason.

Got a drink going through the drive thru. Took several minutes to receive it with no one in front of me because the manager and the girl working the drive thru were hard at work gossiping about someone who had called in sick. Don’t discuss your staff in front of customers.

For fast food this takes TOO long! And I think someone need to talk to the employees about personal hygiene they all look dirty and gross… Is it even safe to eat food from them…

It’s 10:40pm. As I drive up to the menu in the drive thru, the employee comes on, welcomes me to Arby’s and sweetly asks me to give her just a minute. She forgets to turn off her mic, so unbeknownst to her, I can hear everything that’s going on in the restaurant. Someone has ordered a chocolate milkshake and the machine is giving her problems. I can hear every word that is said through the ordeal and it is obvious that this employee cares that she delivers a quality milkshake to the customer at the window, while trying to get to me to take my order. It speaks volumes about this employee that she handled the situation so well without even knowing that she was being heard. Plus, the food was good, and she offered me extra tzaziki sauce with my gyro; which is delicious to dip your curly fries in, by the way. I wish the Arby’s near my home was this great.

Food was good(French dip with side salad), the counter staff was courteous and friendly, and the general ambience was very pleasant with the territorial view out towards the east.

Worst customer expirience I’ve had today. Staff blatantly descriminated against my Thai friend because he was reading off the menu for my friend who couldn’t see it. They thought we were joking around so some guy came on the mic. And was very rude for no reason. Worst customer service, wait there was none. I’m seeking the district manager for this descrimination. They didn’t even take the time to listen to us after we drove up the drive through, instead they kept trying to speak over us. Horrible, horrible expirience.

The over all facilities are really not that great, the bathrooms were very dirty. The staff were somewhat courteous yet they lacked the energy and seemed a bit burnt out our frazzled. This is a place that could be much better with some energy and a good deep cleaning of the bathrooms. I would only recommend this restaurant to those who are only planning to use the drive thru. For now…

Super nice people work here. And the food was actually really good. I’d never been to an Arby’s before. Doesn’t feel as heavy as McDonalds or Burger King.

This Arby’s location is perfectly fine. The staff is always friendly and the food comes out correctly and tastes good. The parking lot is a bit small and hard to get into since it’s on the corner of 244th and Aurora, but I’ve never had an issue parking or getting in and out. There are a couple of other locations that I prefer over this one, but I wouldn’t hesitate to go here.

It’s nothing special. A typical Arby’s right on the King-Snohomish county line. Same menu. A little bit better décor than your average Arby’s. The staff there are probably better than at most though. I do come there a lot because it’s near my work, and they are very friendly and know what I like. Like I said, nothing special, but it’s not the worst.

I’m not a big Arby’s fan. I used to like Arby-Q sandwiches 20 years ago. I saw the 2 Arby-Qs for $ 4 sign and thought«I wonder if I still like those». The sandwiches were Arby junior sized and charging more than $ 2 each should be criminal. They didn’t have a lot of flavor. I tried all the condiments and sauces but still no. I guess I’m over Arby-Qs. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming interior. Ordering was painless and pretty fast.

The worst Arbys I’ve eaten at. I’ve eaten there three times and gotten sick twice. The staff always mess up my order, it’s nor that difficult. Very bad experiences all three times. Stay away!

I am a huge Arby’s lover, but this particular branch of the chain leaves me constantly disappointed. I live about a minute away by car, and when I moved here, was thrilled to have one so near. However each and every time I’ve visited, and its been many, I have had some issue or another. Common issues: 1.) Lack of food quality. Cold curly fries, luke-warm sides. Sandwiches put together sloppily. Most unpleasant are the fried items, because if they’re stale, they’re absolutely disgusting. And they are more often than not, stale. The potato cakes, whether fresh or not, are always broken into numerous pieces, soggy and inedible. Half the time I’ve gone here, the potato cakes went into the trash after a single bite. 2.) Even more upsetting that sub par food, is the frequency in which orders are wrong. 85% of the time, something is missing. Items range in cost from $ 1 to $ 3. At times we’ve returned home missing as much as $ 5 worth of food. Sometimes we would check when our items are handed to us and request the missing items, but others the drive through is busy and we hurry out of the way, only to discover being ripped off after getting home. Half the time, we wouldn’t get our missing items and be out our money. Even when going inside, a practice we began to avoid being shorted on food, items would be forgotten and we’d have to remind the rather incompetent staff that we’d ordered more than they gave us. And of course, the food was often awful. To conclude, despite it being two blocks away, we no longer frequent this Arby’s restaurant. When we’re «thinkin’ Arby’s», we make the longer drive to the Arby’s in Lynnwood, which has the Best Food Ever. Thinkin’ Arbys? Don’t go here. Unless you’re thinkin’ stale.
