Unfriendly employees. They seems to be very unhappy. I’m not sure if it’s because of bad management or they simply just hate their job that it shows. An employee told me that I have to print out my mobile text message coupon in order to use it. Feeling unwelcome enough to not want to go there.

I came in to buy a BMT and the employee making my sandwich seemed to just not care. He stacked the meat on only 2⁄3 of the sandwich, the bread was cut really poorly so everything was falling out, and the veggies were thrown in and around the sandwich. I’m not going to be coming back to this location.

This is not the best subway location. My husband and I don’t go there very often because the service is poor, but I was at the drug store next door so I stopped in for a sandwich today. The three people making sandwiches were grumpy and sloppy looking. No eye contact. The girl who made my sandwich was super stingy with the veggies — two small pieces of bell pepper, three jalapeño slices. The tomatoes were green, the cucumbers were frozen from the cold container. I asked for some more peppers and a red tomato slice and she had an attitude about it. Sorry I went there. There are other locations around here that are much nicer. Such as the one at 2191966th Ave W, Mountlake Terrace, which is my favorite and the one I should’ve gone to.

Subway is really just not very good in general, but I will stop there when I’m in a rush and don’t want something deep fried and injected with pink slime. This store, though, is particularly bad. The employees are unfriendly and always act like you are irritating them or putting them out by arriving in the store and making them do their jobs. They express their displeasure by being as careless as possible in making your sandwich. The last 2 of 3 times I have been here my order was wrong and the last two times they were out of very basic items(mustard? How does a sandwich shop run out of mustard?!).

I only go to this one! It has fresh ingredients and friendly employees. It’s much cleaner than other lynnwood locations, and I always end up having an overall great experience.

I guess i have just been lucky since Most of my sandwich makers here have been exceptional. Both Male and Female staff. Then again I do not come too often and each time i do, there are always new staff on hand.

I concur with Valerie L’s and Rhea’s reviews, seems we may have encountered the same loser. I like this subway, but the closer tonight(1÷11÷13) was one of the worst subway employees I’ve ever seen.(I used to be a subway employee and closer some 25 years ago) Store an absolute mess, make unit littered with debris and complete disarray while the stoned employee dude is hanging out chattin with his buddy in the dining room(I was the only customer, parking lot empty). It appeared to be that«I’m closing in 30 minutes, why clean the make unit more than once» attitude. He drug my sandwich over top of all the leftover mayo, oil vinegar and veggie scraps from the previous 25 customer’s sandwiches. This loser takes no pride in his job or the way he makes sandwiches, he just slopped it together and only really applied veggies to the center 6″. To top it off, why bother talking to customers when you can just mumble at them. I was there at 10:30 and I asked when closing time was and he said 11pm. They need to fire this stoner!

What a shame we can’t choose ZERO stars for horrible food and service. The most pathetic sandwich I have ever purchased. SHAMEONMEFORACTUALLYPAYINGFORITANDBRINGINGITHOME!!! I should have left the shop, but instead insulted my dignity by completing the transaction. Made by some guy who clearly has better things to do, but doesn’t…so he sulks working at Subway, making super crappy sandwiches. When I pointed out that my sandwich looked nothing like the representative sandwich on the menu board, he shrugged. The other guy said there were lots of places where that was true.(Okaaay, whatever, sure… but the issue at hand is HERE, at YOUR business, NOW. Don’t get yourselves confused, boys) I’ve eaten enough Subway sandwiches, from Subway shops, to know what to reasonably expect. At this shop, I got a third of what should have been on the sandwich. I could have eaten it standing over my Mother-In-Laws silk Oriental carpet and been perfectly safe. NOTHING fell out of this sandwich whilst it was being eaten. How many times could you say that about a subway sandwich from ANY shop? If you are in the area, go the extra mile and patronize the Subway at 1800215th Ave NE in Shoreline. The people there are happy you came to their business and it shows in the way you are treated and the product you are served. WILLNEVEREATATTHEBALLINGERTERRACEINSHORELINELOCATIONAGAIN.

This subway has staff that appear unclean and lazy. This was my second time visiting and the same two staff were working. One girl stopped making my sandwich in the middle of it because her cell phone rang, once she returned she did not wash her hands. The male who took over for her made the sandwich so horrible, he barely looked like he wanted to stand up and he wouldn’t stop leaning on the counter. Only made the sandwich with one hand then wiped crumbs back onto the sandwich instead of disposing of them regardless of its convenient location I will go somewhere else.

This subway is pretty tasty. I feel like I always get a great sandwhich here. I know they all have the same stuff, but sometimes people just don’t make a good sandwhich or the store is kept trashy. This is my new favorite though, plus its on my way to the gym and right next to a post office box. I was excited when I read the earlier review about them being open til midnight, but I think its only 11pm these days, but still later than most other subways around. I’m a fan of the veggie, add avocado, I usually get it toasted too. So thankful they now have spinach, avocado and hot sauce to create my perfect early morning treat, they also make breakfast type sandwhichs if you don’t want lunch at this time like I do. I eat subway so much now that they are open at 7am most days.

I really enjoy coming here and getting a delicious footlong. My favorite footlong is the chicken bacon ranch on italian herb and cheese with all toppings except tomatoes. The service here is great and very friendly. They know how to put the right amount of veggies on the sandwiches and if you want a little more added on all you have to is ask. The bread case is always filled with fresh bread ready to get used.

This Subway is open till 12am, even on Sundays. The guy that made my sub at 10:30pm loaded it with veggies. Only downfall is that they run really low on different breads towards the end of the day.
