I’ve been training at Northcore for more than 9 months. Northcore stands apart due to its highly qualified trainers who know the science behind muscle and skeletal movement. Jeff and his team coach everyone from beginners to professional athletes (check out the signed jerseys and bats on the wall inside!), and their customized programs deliver results. Jeff covers a great combination of strength training, flexibility, and conditioning. He really knows his stuff, and has helped me work around a couple of issues. I’ve had noticeable gains in overall strength and performance. Plus, it’s a friendly place and I’ve enjoyed getting to know the people.
