Wonderful Cajun fare! Lots of flavor and friendly staff. I’ve love the boudin bayou roll. Like a big egg roll stuffed with Cajun food like étouffée, seafood or boudin. Prices are very fair. My friends say the bayou burger and the poboys are really great, too. Packed with flavor, this yellow food truck is a must try! At Ashley Ridge (in front of Blue Cross) on Wednesdays for lunch.
