Every time I visit this particular Sonic each visit is vastly different from the last. Why must it be like this? To order just 3 large drinks (no food) took just as long as if I would have ordered food. I’m a very patient person, but some things you’d have to draw a line. Sitting here I’ve seen the same car hop enter into the restaurant at least 4 times and each time she was bringing out another order. I’m like goodness, I only had 3 beverages. Some people who have come after me, had come and ordered and left. I was about to get fed up… then she came with my 3 beverages. My, my, my. I like the morning drink stops and the afternoon Happy Hours, but goodness gracious!!!

Stopped by for drinks and ice cream. The dirty tasting municipal water ruins the taste of the drinks. We had forgotten that we had stopped here previously and had the same issue.
Service is faster here than at many Sonics in regard to taking orders and getting the order out to the car but carhop failed to bring napkins or spoons initially. Order was accurate.

I can’t seem to find a card Machine that works. Seems like they are way behind on updating their card machines. Get on it guys! Please install new up to date card machines. And Don’t take my card off to scan it out of my sight. I will not be back until you update your 1987 card machines that won’t work.

One of the better sonics in Shreveport. Food is good, timely and fast. The chicken Sandwhich is not good
