Though a renter should be more concerned about the condition of a unit and the monthly cost, take heed when renting a unit managed by Accurate Property Management. I was regularly disrespected by the owner of the management company, I believe his name is Dr. Safa. Dr. of being a jerk. Look, if you love one of their units and want to rent from them, go ahead but don’t say you weren’t warned. Perhaps, your experience will be better than mine.
