I gave it 5-​stars only because of the manager, Maurice, who salvaged terrible customer service.
I’ve read other reviews on this location, and have to unfortunately agree that some employees are rough around the edges. The managers are very nice; it seems that the managers are well trained but likely have employees who are just not into the concept of friendly customer service. The managers work just as hard (if not harder) than the employees there.
Maurice was sincere, apologetic and super kind after I asked to only deal with a manager, based on the employees deplorable attitude.
He found a significantly less expensive way to ship a package via FedEx, saving me $ 28.00!
He also was able to explain the pricing — he knows his stuff!
Lastly, he was able to process my request fast and thoroughly.
I will go back because of him. If I owned a company, I would want someone like Maurice among my leadership. He just that awesome (and …no…I’m not his friend, girlfriend, or relative either… nor do I own stock in Kinko’s :)

False advertising. We paid a high fee to make sure that packages arrived on Christmas. The package ended up sitting at Newark removal all Christmas Eve. False advertising. They knew they couldn’t Deliver the package. Fed ex sucks. I will use UPS from now on.

I have avoided this location for a long long time. It used to be filthy with broken machines, rude staff and just plain chaotic. But, I needed a job done and this is by far the most convenient. This time it was clean and organized. Every self service machine was working. And most important to me at that moment, the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Admittedly I went in at 11 AM on Sunday morning which is not prime time. However, my original job was ready many hours early so I went over to pick it up and do some copying of a family «heirloom» journal. I went to the desk for advice, was helped immediately and rather than send me back to the self copier, Maurice volunteered to do the copying himself. This has never happened to me at this location. I am impressed with the change.

Conveniently close to my home, FedEx was there to save me in a pinch when I needed to Fax something ASAP.
I used them many years ago to do a huge print job for work, but now I only stop in for do-​it yourself jobs. If you have a charge card, you can just head over to a vacant machine, insert your card, and do your business. I don’t believe they use self loading money cards anymore, as when they were a Kinko’s.
I was there during off peak hours, so I was in and out. Parking is never a problem, and you can grab a Starbucks or shop at Rite Aid while you are there.

Horrible customer service. I am currently standing in line and the staff has not even acknowledged me or the two other patrons waiting for service (for 30 minutes). There are three staff members in the store and three of us…
They are in serious need of new staff and customer service training.

Oh my goodness, what unapologetic, rude, and unprofessional customer service I received here. I ordered a print job for only 50 business cards via email and was informed that an employee would get in touch with me about the details of the order within 1 business hour. I waited and waited for a call or email but got nothing. So, I called to see if they had received the email and they said that it was already finished and the price was $ 31.
Wait, what about my confirmation call? Or at least a call quoting the price of my order BEFORE you complete the order? Or even a call to say my order was ready? To give some perspective, the FedEx website quotes 250 business cards for $ 22.49. I was charged $ 31 for 50 business cards. How can the cost of 50 business cards be greater than that of 250 business cards? Maybe they were printed on sheets of gold. I wouldn’t know, though, because no one called to confirm what material I would like the cards printed on.
The manager was extremely abrasive and impolite, cutting me off on the phone and did not once apologize for the lack of communication. She said the price was elevated because it was a rush order and there is an extra fee for cutting the cards. First, I never indicated that it was meant to be a rush order. Second, it is absurd not to include a cutting fee in the price of business cards. They’re business cards, for crying out loud. It’s 2015, I assume there is a printer setting that cuts the cards automatically to the standard business card size, requiring the employee to (gasp!) press a button. Perhaps I am wrong and every FedEx office employs a family of specially trained elves that sit in the back room, slaving away day and night in order to cut each business card into the exact required dimensions. Now that would warrant a «cutting fee.»
She suggested I cancel the order and then they can print sheets of the business cards and I can cut them MYSELF so that they are cheaper. Wow, what a completely senseless idea. They have 50 of my business cards sitting in their office, ready to go, but rather than admit fault and give me the cards for the appropriate price, she wanted to throw away perfectly good cards (a waste of money and materials), then print new sheets and make me cut them.
I called the nearby Staples and they said I could upload my image online and get 100 business cards same-​day for $ 19.99, but they currently are having a promotion for 250 cards for $ 7.99. YES, PLEASE, THANK YOU. Less money, more cards, minus the attitude.
Having read the other reviews now, I completely agree with those that say this place is only open because there is nowhere else in the area. I could buy a new printer for the prices they charge here. If you can, GO TO STAPLES. It’s about 2 miles away. If you’re desperate and must go here, make sure you are very specific with the details of your order and pricing.
And definitely do not expect to be treated with respect.

Got the job done. They seem way too busy however. Need more support staff IMO. Some issues with what I needed printed, but the person who helped me was kind and offered to make up for it. I would go back, but only due to lack of options in the area.

Abandon all hope ye who enter. Seriously — the only reason people come here is there is no alternative in the area. Every time I come in the one competent staff person seems completely overwhelmed while two more wonder aimlessly about. It’s disorganized, messy, and half the equipment is non functioning.

Terrible service! Wait for 30 min to get someone to fix the printer. Printer worked slow. 15 min in line! Staff very unfriendly and not helpful. No efficiency.

Incompetent employees who take zero responsibility for incorrect information, offer no assistance and refuse to do absolutely anything to correct their multiple mistakes resulting in overcharges, shipments paid for and never happening, lost emails, etc. Go elsewhere.

On the 10^th of October 2014 I went in to print out resumes. First, the kiosks did not recognise either PDF or Word formats stored in DropBox (any smartphone or computer had no problem with this; it wasn’t as though I had stupidly saved a corrupted file), possibly because I had accents in the titles. I informed an associate and was rudely told that my only option was to pay to rent computer time to print the documents. As time was tight I tried to do so rather than immediately take my business elsewhere. I ended depleting about $ 10 on my Fed Ex card just using the computer to start printing, and by the time the same rude associate told me which printer to select my card had emptied.
This was completely unacceptable and I have boycotted all Fed Ex services ever since. The associate should have waived the computer rent time as I wanted to print industry-​standard PDF or Word documents that their system was incapable of recognising. Even if there truly was no other way to print (itself unacceptable) the associate should have recognised my rush and ensured I was served professionally, walking me through the process. Instead, I experience horribly unprofessional service, compounding Fed Ex’s technical problems and resulting in the worst customer experience I have ever had in the document services industry.
I demand a full refund on my depleted card from Fed Ex, a written apology accepting fault, and a commitment to both upgrade their self serve kiosks to accepting industry standard file formats and train associates in professionalism. Otherwise, what is the point of Fed Ex Office but to steal customers’ money?

I just stood at the counter for 15 plus minutes to send an overnight Fedex. No one else in this line. Not one employee among 4 others behind the counter area said a word — just kept walking by ignoring me. Finally a young girl ambled over — no I’m sorry. The only way I could contain myself was to start this review.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. out of the 2 years I’ve came here nothing ever works properly; printers, computer, fax machine nothing. The service is extremely slow and the Rep are not courteous. Idk why the attitude and negativity when u stand behind a desk. PLEASE ADVISE: FIND ANOTHER LOCATION OR GO TO OFFICE DEPOT

I’ve had issues with this store, but when Julia is there, I always, always get great service. She should get a raise!

This place is busy. And busy places need more staff. I went in around 6 o clock I wanna say, and the place was packed. I tried to use one of the self service laptop stations but the program wasn’t working and wasn’t allowing me to print.
I went to try and get some help but there was 2 people already being helped, several people in line, and the FedEx employees in the front were working on projects with the people who they were helping.
Seeing a 20 minute wait ahead, I set up my laptop next to one of their network computers, sent an email from my laptop, and printed it off from one of theirs.
I copied it (Man that paper there using is cheap). It’s almost like I printed something on tissue paper. Cut it with their industrial cutter thing. That’s really nice they had that there.
Very convenient equipment if it works. I surprised to see so many people out of work that day, still working… but alas– I was doing the same thing.
Need more staff at this location.

We’ve been in here several times, usually in the evening and the service is awful. It’s not a lack of employees — it’s employees standing around talking to each other or to their visiting friends.
If you are lucky one person will tending to customers while everyone else chews the fat.
Avoid this place if at all possible.

Slow and inefficient service. All the manager does is talking on the phone and completely ignores the long lines. Do your self a favor and avoid this branch.

I have had several bad experiences trying to copy and print here on weekends. The self-​service machines are often broken and the full-​service lines are LONG and slow. I have also tried to upload files to their online site for printing there, and it’s painfully slow to the point that I gave up. I will not be going back.

Service isn’t bad here, although it can be a bit slow during off peak hours. I have had a number of print jobs done here over the last few years and even shipped a few packages. The printing is always neat and timely. They will even call and confirm online orders.
However the parking lot is a good reason to lose at least a star.

Visited this office a couple of times in frustration, expecting my package to have arrived, only to be told it hadn’t yet turned up. When asked the whereabouts of my package, I was told they didn’t know (they track packages right?).
Finally called Fed-​Ex HQ and tracked down my package, and had my beef with them, seeing it was a delivery issue, but gave this office a low score because they had a nonchalant attitude to my concern. Stood in line while the guy fussed around, which just added to my annoyance.
One of the women I spoke to the first time was a little nicer.
