One the worst Starbucks kiosks ever! I been here for several times and 95% of my orders I was getting the wrong order or they just give me what ever they fill like. I even called the Region Manager and complain but it looks like is doesn’t help! They really need to tran the employees how to make coffee before they get hired!!!

Since it was that time of year for half price frappé, the afternoon hours tend to get a bit busy. The employees are friendly and do a great job. They lose one star for getting the special caramel waffle cone drink order confused. Otherwise a good Starbucks.

Pros: the employees are so super friendly. I come in about every other day — okay probably every day — and whoever I see remembers me and chats me up, even if there’s a line snaking throughout the store. Great great customer service. A lot of times I will do the online order thing and the order isn’t ready immediately, but I don’t really mind, it still saves me waiting in a ‘real’ line and I like chatting with the baristas. The only negative about this location isn’t even a Starbucks thing, but there are a lottt of panhandlers hanging around and sometimes it makes me feel uncomfortable.

From my experiences this one is a great store to go to! It has enough seats and is just lovely, like most other Starbucks stores. So if you’re into Starbucks — go there!

It’s a Starbucks, so it has the food and beverages of every other Starbucks. This Starbucks, however, has decent WiFi signal, and, more importantly, an upstairs floor with plenty of seating and plugs for laptops. Because of the abundance of seating and the fact that the music is actually at a reasonable level, this Starbucks is actually a really good place to get some work done!(Plus, it’s conveniently located by the Metro.)

What can I say? It’s a Starbucks. Each time I have been the wait has been a bit longer than the average Starbucks wait, even when it’s not busy. It has upstairs seating in addition to a larger table downstairs than can be shared.

For once, these bad reviews are bumming me out! This starbucks being close to where I live, I come here pretty often. I have never sat in here to be able to comment on seats/comfort etc, but the baristas are always warm and they usually never mess up my über complicated drink orders. They are never out of my favorite Tomato Cheese Savory Squares, which is why I give them full 5 stars. The bar area is well stocked with napkins and straws etc. The general cleanliness of the place is pretty ok too — really no complains! :)

The staff here sucks(to me the few times I’ve been), it’s always busy, and it’s not that clean.

This store is always busy and clean. The staff are jovial and personable and always make getting a cup of coffee very interesting. They are quick to correct any mistakes that may have been made and provide you with extra information if needed. I would have given it 5 stars the only downside is that it is small although it is two levels. it is a bit tight on space on the inside and the exterior seating area is limited as well. other than that it’s a great place to get coffee sit relax and talk with friends or just do some work or study which many take advantage of.

Starbucks in general isn’t my favorite, but I have a gift card that I feel obligated to use. I find this location to be slow for no real reason. This particular time I walked in on a Sunday morning and there was a group of 3 girls taking their sweet time ordering. Once they finally finished ordering, the barista took my order. All I asked for was a black iced tea. Nothing fancy. There were 3 baristas back there and I think only one of them was actually putting drinks together. For a Sunday I get that they may not need many people around, but seriously someone else can’t step up to pour the pre-made pitcher of iced tea over some ice?! I had 12 minutes between walking into Starbucks and catching the bus, which stopped not even a block from this location, and by the time I got my drink the bus was already leaving. I don’t think I’ve waited that long for Starbucks during rush hour, let alone a Sunday morning. At least my iced tea was good, but I think I’ll be using the remainder of my gift card elsewhere.

Pretty decent for an off location tucked off to the side. It has 2 floors making a person want to keep looking up to see what’s going on up there! The seats outside are plentiful, but there are also good seats inside, too. The lines seem nonstop because of all the foot traffic. They get it done right here by the Metro.

Pretty standard. They have two levels here. Service was quick and pleasant. Parking is difficult but parking anywhere in downtown Silver Spring is. Been coming to this location since 2000. If I’m in the area I’m willing to come to this location.

Short and sweet! I will never go to this starbucks again! The guy making my drink was more worried about the girl that was not ordering anything with the bad weave and horrible lipstick… which now I have a drink that taste like hot peppermint milk… NOTHAPPY!

If it wasn’t for the location being right next to the Metro stop I would pass on this specific Starbucks. I have been going here for the last couple months regularly and they average once a week not making my order. Not acceptable.

This Starbucks is great. They are always fast and have great service. I haven’t had any issues coming here. Well yesterday some homeless man wandered in which was a little weird but they were polite to him and he left without making a disturbance. They currently have $ 2 breakfast sandwiches if you purchase a drink! That’s a pretty sweet deal. Dont be confused by the size when you walk in, they have upstairs seating.

Good location due to free parking; however, this Starbucks is a terrible place to study due to inadequate amounts of electrical outlets. I always feel bad when I see students come in, walk around the premise looking for an outlet, and subsequently leave. Another downside is having to make your way pass several panhandlers to get to the entrance. Update 04⁄2014: Thought it was just my laptop, but the internet is slow. My laptop loads websites fine at school/other coffee shops, which leads me to believe that it’s the router at Starbucks.

It’s a Starbucks. If I can get a table on the second level, then I love it. It gets too congested on the main level with the long line of customers, but the baristas are fast and efficient. I won’t sit outside at a table anymore. Too many panhandlers, and after what happen in DC proper recently(a guy was robbed at gunpoint sitting at a café table outside), I will take my beverage to go. Sometimes the parking lot is full; it’s catch and go, depending on the time of the day. The shopping center management does try to keep an eye out for folks parking in this lot and taking Metro, so be warned. I always tie my visit here with a trip to Rite-Aid.

This is a bad Starbucks. The service is never good. The drinks very often are not good. The parking can be a pain in the ass. Really no point in coming to this location, when you can drive an extra mile to the one downtown. I do like that it has a loft in where you can sit, but what’s the point in sitting when you can’t even get decent service or drinks.

Not very friendly, pretty slow service and cramped. It’s sort of the land that smiles forgot. Maybe its the location, with all the craziness from the metro next door?(Einstein Bagels also next door has poor service too.) Go to the one in Silver Spring center, the staff is a lot friendlier and much better vibe! Caribou Coffee near the CVS a little bit past the opposite corner is also pretty good.

Pros: A 2 story Starbucks with bento food boxes. Staff was friendly. Cons: No apple juice(for Caramel Apple Spice) or salt(for salted caramel beverages). My Caramel Macchiato was so-so. I’ve definitely had better. Interesting that they’re beside an Einstein Bagels company(somewhat of a competition). Parking is limited, as they share a lot with Fed Ex & Rite Aid.
