Terrible. I did a to go order. The food was cold and I live less than 0.5 miles away. I called to complain to the manager, and he said that they would bring me new food out. Well they left my new food on the ground in front of my door. How dare they as if I’m some sort of dog or animal! I will never ever eat there and order from there again.

Ordered a chicken cheesesteak and received a regular cheesesteak instead. Didn’t realize this until I got home. Cheesesteak is bland and clearly not what I wanted. And I paid 50 cents extra for the chicken cheesesteak. Very unhappy.

The customer service was ok. The fries were cold and the steak & cheese was definitely the «world’s best». Besides not having enough meat, it was close to tasteless. Will stick to mom & pop places.

I ordered a large pizza without cheese (since I was eating a vegan diet at the time) and asked the order taker if I could have a free vegetable topping in substitution of the cheese. She readily agreed. Then, she rang up the order, and it came to an amount that seemed too high. I asked if the mushrooms were charged in the price, and she said «no.» Then, I got the charge receipt, and saw that she indeed charged for the mushrooms, in direct contradiction to what I was told. So, I asked her to delete the mushrooms from my order, which she did. After finishing my pizza, I went to the manager and asked him why they couldn’t substitute the less-expensive mushrooms for cheese. He said that their franchise rules did not permit substitutions. I find that such a restriction, if it indeed exists, is indicative of extreme inflexibility and inability to cater to customers. The pizza was not particularly satisfactory, in any case. I will not return to this establishment.

I called on a Monday night to pick up a pizza. I was clear with my order but i guess the guy was to busy laughing to understand. once i got there it was a completely different pizza. annoying seeing how this has happened quite a few times over the last couple of months.

Jerry’s is a Maryland classic & I’m so glad it’s still around and going strong. They have friendly service, super tasty subs, yummy wedge fries and decent NY style pizza — yeah, you will be mopping up the grease, but that’s all part of the tradition here at Jerry’s. The best part about Jerry’s is the condiment bar where you’ll find pickles, banana peppers, & those chopped up cherry peppers that I love love love. The Heinz Malt Vinegar flows freely here, too. Oh oh oh — and don’t forget Monday night is Pizza Night — with Large Pizzas for only 5.99. You can’t beat that with a stick.

If your looking for the best Cheese steaks in town, you get them here. Not at continental in Kensington or at Soles. Yesterday I had the chicken cheese steak and boy– it does not disappointed. From now on, as long as there are chicken cheese steaks I am no longer getting the meat kind. Its also on sale for a limited time…
The pizzas are really really good, and taking advantage of Monday ½ price is always worth it.
I have been to this Jerry’s since I was 8 so coming here makes me reminisce about my childhood and I love it.
