My first and best experience buying a mattress. I moved in the area from out of town and needed a mattress. Showed up at 7 o’clock in the evening and talked to Fares about buying a mattress. Fares was so helpful, I would highly recommend him he helped me in every way, shape, and form and was very patient. I worked at a furniture store before and I have never met somebody who was so kind and helpful, I can’t say enough about how much Fares helped me. He stayed open past the store hours while we got everything figured out to make sure that we had all the essentials. I would buy all my other mattresses and frames from this place. I can’t say enough about the amazing service that Fares provided.

Although they arrived within the agreed timeframe I was VERY frustrated that their delivery people DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. This is RIDICULOUS! Don’t send non-​English speaking workers to deliver your products!
Luckily my product has a long warranty so I won’t ever have to deal with this business again…

I don’t know the name of the lady who helped us here, but she was wonderful. We had previously had a bad experience at Mattress Warehouse in downtown Silver Spring, and were feeling kind of discouraged about finding a mattress that day, but we walked out of Mattress Discounters in less than 45 minutes feeling extremely enthusiastic with what we found.
She started by asking us what we liked (my fiancé and I, like every one else, loved the tempurpedic Cloud, which runs $ 4000, haha) and then said, «I bet you’ll like this.» «This» was a $ 900 mattress modeled after the tempurpedic cloud, and we loved it. It was seriously the best. We were sold in about 5 minutes, and she wasn’t pushy at all.
