Fries are always cold and stale I had breakfast from there this morning on my way to work the oj tasted terrible I wish there was another one closer or just a decent fast food place close to where I live

I had come here to eat breakfast this morning and the staff was pretty pleasant but the food as soon as I ate it gave me instant stomach explosions and I have felt sick all day I could not even perform at work as well as I normally do. There is a McDonalds every block do yourself and skip this one as a matter of fact skip all the McDonalds eat at Chick fil A.

Before going to this McDonalds I saw that it had a 1 star rating but I always give everyone a chance. The first visit I just got fries but they were not that generous with the serving. The next time I got food here was even more disappointing. I ordered a simple order of an Egg McMuffin but what I got was a Sausage McMuffin. I personally do not like their sausages, so I just removed it. But getting a simple order wrong is unacceptable. In addition, the cashier was lacking in manners. I was in the middle of telling her my order when she would just leave and go to the back to do something without saying anything or sorry. This may have been the cause of giving me an incorrect order.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. Not only was it slow but the service was a bunch of mean jerks. Sat in line for 2 hours for nothing. People that work there should go home and stop being adopted. Worst night of my life

The order is «always» done wrong. Makes me think it’s intentional.

Luckily I speak Spanish because late night that’s all you get buddy. Which is fine, but I could see how some Might find that difficult. I wanted tea and fries. The fries were old. I asked for fresh, she brought back hot. I said NAW I said fresh. Just cuz they’re hot doesn’t make em fresh. I waited 10 additional mins which is alot in a drive thru. Luckily my vamp a** is the only one up@2 am on a Tuesday am. *shrugs* Anyway, 2nd times the charm. And I got what I wanted. Smack it! Smack it! In the air! :)

they have the worst customer service. the cashier was very rude. i received a call to order for them. and i to them first and she got mad and called me a fuck face. this was at 9:25 6÷6÷14

Almost thinking I’m on candid camera right now, but they did not have any hamburgers. To be fair, they said they would have some soon after they finished unloading the truck.
To repeat, and I feel that I have to because it is so hard to believe, I went to McDonalds and was unable to get a hamburger.

Food is typical McD’s. The problem is that every time I go there something is out or broken. At one time or another: credit card machine broken, shake machine down, frappé machine down, out of Coke, out of hamburger patties (how on earth could a McDonalds be out of hamburgers?!). Parking lot for the whole strip mall area is really difficult to get around in. Pass.

Customer service is usually down the drain! Your lucky if you get a smile. The line is usually very slow moving. Ive gone a few times because I work near this mcdonalds. Previous visit I ordered a fish sandwich. The bun was stale and hard as a rock. I did not know until I was already so far away, I just threw it away. Orders are frequently incorrect and made poorly! Def worth the extra minutes to goto Burtonsville.
