Mimi’s Perfect Nails III

The lady who answers the phone is useless! Made appointments for myself and a friend for 5:30, she is about to be done and I haven’t been seen. The «receptionist» immediately started laughing and talking under her breath when I said I was no longer going to get the pedicure because my friend is minutes from being ready to leave and timing was the whole point. #Useless

Worst experience ever. Nail technician was rude on her phone the entire time. Gel peeled off my nails in 1 day. Polish was done messy looks as if I need another fill in already. Save your money and time. Horrible experience. Would give 0 stars the only good thing I can say was the nail salon was clean.

I went in for a full set and had a decent experience. I was treated kindly and the technician paid attention to my preferences. I also thought the $ 25 price was reasonable.

This is one of the MOST unprofessional nail salons I have ever been to in my life!!! The employees talk about customers in their language ! Then they have the audacity to roll their eyes and get upset with you. They make up prices which are not listed on their wall and charge you extra for things they failed to clearly communicate before starting your nails. There is lack of quality customer service given at this salon. They do not take their time with your nails. As a result, they rush through and make so many mistakes ! Tracy is not someone I would recommend to. But then again, none of these nail techs know what they are doing. She is very hot tempered and displays a nasty attitude in front of customers. Once again, very unprofessional. I cannot imagine treating customers with abuse as much as these women at this establishment have. They should be ashamed for lacking the ability to satisfy their customers. I will not spend another dime at this pitiful salon. The prices are not worth the low quality work unless you are satisfied with «ok» nails. Please save your MONEY AND TIME.

I took my daughter and my niece here so that we all could get pedicures. My 6-​year-​old daughter and I had the same cosmetologist and she did a great job. I loved my pedicure. I have only had one other professional one before and thought it was good, but this one was awesome. The lady was thorough and shaped my nails perfectly. My daughter accidentally bumped her fresh painted toes and the lady re-​did them without any hesitation. My niece had another lady who did a great job as well. Everyone was super nice and the quality of work was excellent. We were all very pleased and the price was fair. I will return.

$ 32 for a manicure and pedicure. It wasn’t anything spectacular but the woman I had, Dee, was very thorough and didn’t rush which was nice. She was very friendly and welcoming. The quality matches the price and the shop is pretty clean. I’d recommend it.

THEY ARE ALWAYS AWESOME! I mostly use Thai for my mani-​pedi and the owner for my eyebrows and they are always helpful and nice. I been doing my regular nails for years but have done acrilic and now trying gel and its nice.

Dianne is the best mail tech that I’ve every had. She is kind and great at what she does. She stands out in the crowd.

NEVER AGAIN!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! I went in (for the first time) for a routine fill-​in. I was met by a lady named Kim, who quickly interrupted me as I was asking her a question, telling me to pick a color and go over to her station. I could not get a word in edge wise. I just thought perhaps it was their ethnic culture, but later found out that they were just unprofessional and rude.
Before she began, I requested a cut down on my nails. I did not think that I would have to request that she makes sure my nails were even as well. As I kindly pointed my uneven nails out to her, Kim began to aggressively grab my hands as if she really did not want to do my nails.
I promptly told her that I needed to use the bathroom and made my way to the back of the salon to speak with the Manager. After I told her about my horrible experience, she begged me (several times) to continue with Kim. After I declined several times and requested someone else she sent Sam to finish my nails. I had to wait 10 minutes for Sam. And when she came out (after hearing about her colleague) she wasn’t too happy to do my nails either, being sarcastic an unprofessional with me as well. While she was doing my nails I had 2 other nail techs stand at Sam’s station staring at my hands as if I was some science project. I was mortified. I could not believe that I was treated this way.
In closing, I had the WORST experience at Mimi’s «Perfect Nails.» I was not only treated disrespectfully, but they extended my stay by almost double the time it takes to do a fill-​in and had the gull to charge me full price after requesting a discount after such a horrible experience.
If you want to be treated with respect, which we all deserve, DO NOT COME HERE! You should never have to bargain respect, especially when you are the paying customer.

Pretty good for the price I guess. I just got a manicure and it was only 12 dollars but there was about as much polish on my fingers as there is when I paint them myself… So not that impressive.
