This place is near the phở place I like(phở real in the Pizza Hut plaza) and I saw it had one 5-star review on Unilocal so I decided to give it a go. I called ahead to see if they could do a mani/pedi(Friday around 1) and they said to come on in. The store is a bit cramped but pretty clean and all the ladies are really nice :) their colors are limited so don’t expect any out-there or fun colors, definitely have the standard traditional colors here(think: reds, pinks, etc). I waited about 15 mins since all 4 ladies were busy with customers. Eventually I was seated in a spa chair that was clean and pretty comfy. So the lady that did my pedicure was really busy. She greeted new customers, answered the phone whenever it rang and had to ring up the previous customer. Fine ok, they multitask there. I’m ok with that if you still do a good job and don’t waste my time. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. It took about an hour from walking in to finishing and that’s not waiting around for my paint to dry(I have a baby waiting to be fed ya know!) This was with no cutting of the cuticles, no dealing with the painful ingrown toenail(the reason I get pedicures), and NO manicure(I was afraid it would take too long and I didn’t like the way they worked anyway). She didn’t shape my toenail round or square, each one is different. She did do a good job scrubbing the skin of my feet though the massage was very lacking. For $ 25 pedicure, it’s just not worth it.(Their mani/pedi would have been $ 32) Overall I’m pretty disappointed. As a stay at home mom I don’t get much free time and it pains me when it’s wasted. For other Unilocalers: I gather this place is great for older ladies that love to take their time and chat with their stylists. So if that’s you, give them a try! If not, I’d find another option!
