The food’s okay. I mean it’s Wendy’s standard fare. However, there’s a big sign in the drive through that says they give 15% off for police, fire, and ems personnel. We informed them of this during the ordering process, and were asked to show ID. Okay, no problem. My husband brings out his county ID, but we received 0% off our bill. Thanks a lot, Wendy’s! I know 15% is a piddly amount to gripe about, but don’t advertise what you aren’t going to give.

Horrible drive through service, slow, and the staff just doesn’t care. I’ve given them multiple chances but especially lately it’s like they don’t want your service.

THE WORST! I’ve eaten here three times and and all three times were horrible experiences. I kept thinking that maybe if I went in the middle of the day (2nd time) it’d be better, or maybe go for a late night 3rd and finally time). They ALWAYS get my order wrong, and my food is always disgusting, the last time I threw it away smh. Stay away.

By far the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. I am absolutely shocked as to why the place is even still in business. Stale fries and messed up orders back to back… Really? There was only 2 people on the staff that actually seemed to be working other than that there were 3 people having a group discussion in the back instead of fixing peoples’ order. This place is a disgrace to Wendy’s all over the nation! I will NEVER return and as far as my friends and family sakes. I will let them know how pathetic this place is

Buyer beware!!! This place is disgusting! When I walked up to the door the first thing I saw was how dirty the handle was! I continue to walk in and the interior of this Wendy’s look just as dirty as the doorhandle! Considering how dirty everything is on the customer side I can only imagine how dirty it looks where the employees and the food is!!! Needless to say I didn’t eat here.

I was impressed by the excellent customer service that I received here today. I walked in as opposed to using the Drive-​in. Kudos to tonight’s crew for making this a good visit.

Worst Wendys Ive ever been in. Wait staff is horrible. Nothing worse than stale, warmed over french fries. I had a chicken sandwich and spit it out after one bite. Dropped the whole meal in trash can and walked out.

WORST WENDY’S EVER!!! Staff if rude. I have never had an order done correctly. Last time I waited 50 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich. No apology, not compensated, nothing. DON’T go to this Wendy!!!

Every time I go through the drive-​through I get crappy service. My client didn’t know what she wanted to eat so I told the person taking my order to give me a second so she could decide. Every 5 seconds he was screaming are you ready? I was appalled!!! Some people do happen to get anxious & overwhelmed at the sight of a menu. I finally ordered for her and when both of our orders were done, it tasted like my fries had been rolling around on the floor! They were hard & over salted. Eww
I hate this Wendy’s primarily for the bad attitudes that I encounter in the drive-​thru!
If you are eating here, I advise you to eat in to render better service.
