This is an upgrade to my previus review. Over a month and I didn’t receive any payment!!! for the $ 100 supost to pay me. Is totally irresponsable.

I arrived just five minutes before closing. They made a key for me without complaint. Price was very reasonable. Another time, I dropped off a prepaid package for UPS pickup … they thanked me even though they made no money on the transaction. Nice to have this business in my neighborhood

First of all it’s absolutely ridiculous that a receipt is not offered when postage is already paid on a package. I was told to take a picture of the tracking number to keep for my records. Then it took nearly 36 hours for my package to show up as scanned in the FedEx system which almost made me incur a late fee for a returned item. Called the store and they could not offer a good explanation as to why. I can see if I dropped my package off after the FedEx drop-​off time but it was before noon. Never again will I use your services.

Very nice owner (I’m guessing). He is happy to take any UPS/​FedEx items and they will be mailed. very convenient location for me. Also has a variety of items for sale in store that aren’t necessarily for shipping. fun to browse.
