This is my first Starbucks I have to write a review for because being here so many times honestly I hate this one. Most employees are completely rude and do not care what drink your having, they usually mess it up somehow and don’t listen. Light whip means not full whip. Skim milk means not 2% milk and so on. I think my last visit was the last draw and made me rate this store one star. Before I ordered my latte macchito I asked what kind of beans were in the coffee they said espresso. I asked what is the country of origin, yet I get same response. She then says I don’t know let me ask the manager, he says espresso and its a different kind of roast. Well what kind of roast? It’s a different kind of roast. I’m like woe okay just let me order it since you have no clue where your beans are from and do not know what kind a roast it is. Drink was okay but pretty sad a Starbucks doesn’t know their own roasting style and beans they put in a latte. You’re a coffee shop not a grocery store, learn some basics. I probably never return with this kind of stupidity.

So my girlfriend bought a $ 40.00 cup there that gives you free drinks for the month of January. One free tea or coffee is the only restrictions it offers. An employees there who acts as if this coffee or tea comes out of their pocket, takes it upon herself to tell my girlfriend that she can’t order a chai latte. «That’s not included», despite the fact that my girl has already got it 4 times prior at other Starbucks. Looking through the«memo» the employee produces, it clearly states that lattes ARE in fact included in the deal. Mind you people are waiting in line during this exchange. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. This unofficial Starbucks«Tea master» should learn to relax.

Bottom line up front: go elsewhere. I travel a lot for work and pleasure, so I’ve frequented many Starbucks in my day. This is easily the worst I’ve visited. 2 stars because I did get my coffee and food, but that’s about it. Long line, cashiers taking orders didn’t seem particularly interested in actually helping customers. I asked for oatmeal and the cashier seemed non-plussed that they even carried oatmeal. It eventually came up with too much water and no announcement. I had to get the attention of one of the baristas(a fair task when they refuse to make eye contact) and ask about it. Soy latte was made in a reasonable time, but the barista was«announcing» drinks in a whisper.

Awful service. I purchased a peach green tea and there was no peach flavoring. Told the batista and instead of getting an apology or an offer for a new drink, she says to me in the rudest tone, «I literally put 8 pumps of peach in there» and then proceeded to take my cup and added 10 pumps into it and now it’s excessively sweet. Stay away from this Starbucks

I love this place. The cashiers and managers are pleasant. They were also very nice and let me have coffee grounds for my garden.

Went twice– first time no simple syrup at 8am second visit no lemonade at 8am. Never asked for name for order. First impression not the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Will not revisit not very friendly.

They do not make drinks right nor consistent. Expect a line and expect for your drink to be made wrong 3 of the 5 times you walk in.

Solid ‘Bucks. You’re one-stop place for overpriced coffee and unnecessary battles for outlets. It’s a busy one too, and with good reason as the other Starbucks further down New Hampshire is the absolute pits of demon-fried hell.

I went there today and it sucked! I am a huge fan of Starbucks and love everything about the experience. The cashier was great but when he gave the cup to the one who makes it, it just sat there for about 15 minutes. No need to be waiting for a coffee for that long. Sunday really needs to do a better job at getting the coffees done as they get put on his counter. Not to mention any names but even when we asked him about it he was like yeah and?!? It’s there, so what? I will make yours after the one I have in my hand. Not a great experience.

Hey it’s a Starbucks. The only place to have breakfast near my job site. Lots of room in here. The coffee is so hot the cup spontaneously combusted. Does every lady who walks in here have to be so beautiful? Look at all the places to plug in your laptop. I might move in, if they only had a TV that would be something.

I live a couple hundred yards away while I’m house hunting, so I’m forced to use this Starbucks frequently. It is the worst one I’ve seen. Always over-crowded and noisy, with long lines and terrible atmosphere. Suitable to the slightly seedy/sketchy neighborhood.

Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The cashier was on his cell phone while taking orders and the line was at least ten people deep. I gave up waiting.

Crowded as hell in here. Feels like there’s going to be a community meeting here soon

This Starbucks is a hidden gem. No drive through means that you have the staffs full attention. It’s always quiet but yet busy and the service is just outstanding. I do admit its a bit hard to see. I lived next to it for years and did not know it was there. That is not so good. Parking is a pain but worth it.

Now THIS is a Starbucks where I could spend some time! Light color scheme — you ever notice how some of them, every once in a while, have a lighter, more enchanting color scheme? Like a Starbucks deluxe? Kind of how some of the Safeways have the really nice wooden floors? Also, this Starbucks is NOT a «long and narrow». Yay! It’s a box! Which means two walls of windows — lots of light! I can read, ma, I can read! Also the configuration is very nice. A large ordering area separated by a low wall from the seating area. How relaxing. How civil. Can’t be bothered to comment on the drinks. They’re the same(good) at most Starbucks. Can’t be bothered to comment on the staff. They’re the same(good) at most Starbucks.

This is a great Starbucks. The drinks are always consistent and made accurately. The service is standard, but you’re always in and out. I’ve never actually seen it busy, but it is located right off of 495 — very convenient!
