This is a wonderful establishment. I lie awake at night thinking of the fried chicken and mambo sauce. Just when the cold world turns its back on me, I have their fried chicken to keep me warm. I also had no idea until recently that fried cheesesteak spring rolls existed in this world. These tasty little devils give me life. THEYALIVEDAMMIT! It’s a miracle! I want them to cater my wedding.

I just ate from here. literally and the only word that comes to mind is «bland». The most flavorful part of my meal was the packet of soy sauce that I had to pour on my food to give it taste. Dont eat from here. You will be disappointed unless bland chinese food is your thing. In that case. Knock yourself out.

For the specific area, it is the best Chinese food ever. The lady in charge is always nice and respectful.(She will always hand you the bill/receipt with two hands). They try to accommodate my vegetarianism and the food really is awesome. Love their Kung Pao Tofu and Lo Mein Noodles.

I can’t believe I’ve never ordered from here before. I usually order from a place in Burtonsville but it’s not as good as it once was. Anyways! Didn’t have the menu so I called and just ordered a spring roll, pork fried rice and steamed veggies. She was so nice and professional on the phone. The food got here quickly. Was very very good. This is the pork fried rice I love! I will definitely be ordering from here from now on.

By far the best Chinese take out around. Good food and service with a smile, always and without exception.

Go to Chinese dish. I’ve had better Chinese food, but they’re very convenient(they deliver), and the food is ok. The rice is perfect in my opinion, but the spareribs can use some serious work. I also got a shrimp dish from them(toasted shrimp), it was so greasy. My advice stick to the rice and egg rolls.

This is my go-to take out Chinese place. They’re very fast both for take-out and delivery. Granted, I’ve eaten at better Chinese restaurants, but for the quality, price, and efficiency, you can’t go wrong here. I’m assuming the chef and his wife(the cute Asian lady at the counter) are the owners and they really know their customers. I have my regular dishes which I order, and whenever I call, she already knows who I am. Kind of like each time Norm walked into Cheers, the bar, everyone knew who he was… yeah, order a few times here, and they’ll know your name — or at least recognize your face. My regular dishes are the sweet and sour chicken, the spicy green beans, and the tofu mixed vegetables. The chicken is perfect(crispy outside/tender inside) with a delicious sauce that is the perfect mix of sweet and sour(duh). Well, we’ve all been to places where the sweet and sour ends up being either too sweet or too sour; Szechuan 1 has the perfect balance. The spicy green beans could be a bit spicier, but for those of us who prefer milder levels of spicyness, this one works just fine; but I“m sure you can request it to be extra spicy if you wish. The tofu mixed vegetables has more vegetables than tofu — which works for me; the vegetables are fresh and there’s a good variety of them in the dish: broccoli, cabbage, carrots, peppers. Overall a good place.

I’ve been ordering here for the past 6 years or so and although I only order the meatless dishes, everything has tasted great. Their kung pao bean curd is by far the best vegetarian Chinese dish I’ve ever had from a takeout place and every boyfriend I’ve made try it has enjoyed it as well and will often order it instead of the meat versions.

My family began ordering food from here when I was a small child. Now, whenever we visit my parents, my child eats with all of us if we order out. I have yet to find a place that is as good as this one, and hardly ever order Chinese food any more, unless we get it from here. Karen, the. Nice lady that answers the phone, always asks how we are when we call in to order. We picked up the food once, and she met my son, and she was so excited and was reminiscing how I used to be that small. This place is awesome, and has earned my family’s business with their genuine care, friendliness, and service.

I used to be skeptical about this place because the actual store sat near the back of the parking lot BUT now I order from this place all the time! These are the most respectful individuals I’ve come across as far as ordering take out. Most of their food is great — however, I would not recommend the crab rangoons or the chicken curry(the curry was like a watery brown paste and it tasted horrible). Besides those two dishes, I have no qualms about the typical dishes; it’s hot, and the orders have been timely. Their service is definitely the reason that keeps me coming back.

Love this place! I still order from Szehuan #1 quite frequently, my favorites are their hunan chicken/shrimp and their egg foo young and their rice is delicious. I live 5 min from the resturant so the delivery is super fast.

Love the food for 7 years and still enjoying. Their chicken wings are awesome. The service needs to rise a bit more.

Diabetes’s on a plate. The food had more sugar in it and the Meat?! Mystery meat. I ordered Szechuan chicken thinking this might be their specialty. Maybe if you like eating desert as your main entrée, there was no chicken, it was like cake. I ordered the Hunan Beef — I don’t think that was beef!

Love the little lady except for when you call and she says«when you be here» In her little rude like voice, but I love the wonton soup

Quick delivery, decent wonton soup, good spring rolls, but the highly recommended orange flavored chicken was kinda rubbery and they didn’t have brown rice available. A little pricey… I’ll try Yo-yo next time.

Great food, inside is pretty plain, but the food is amazing. You can tell by the steady stream of customers. Fast delivery, too! The orange chicken is really good. Some of my other favorites are kung pao tofu, supgum tofu, moo shu pork, and chicken fried rice(no soy sauce, add broccoli for 50 cents more). You must try a spring roll!

I had just moved to the area with my boyfriend and we had to get take out for our first night here. I’m usually a little hesitant when it comes to new chinese places, only because some can cause some… intestinal issues later that night. But onward we ordered! First time to order, it’s your pretty standard amerinese fair. Anything you’d expect them to have, they’ll have. We split some kung pao chicken and crab rangoons. How surprised were we? Very! Delivery was really fast(but they’re only 4 – 5 mins from where we lived), everything was piping hot, the delivery man was very sweet and the food was yummy! The rangoon wasn’t really greasy, and the kung pao was just spicy enough. I actually recommend their orange chicken. So delicious, and HUGE pieces of chicken. Enough for 2 days of left-overs, for me!

Very quick delivery. Granted I live close to the restaurant, but I was shocked at the knock at the door. The crab rangoons were okay, def. not the best I’ve had. They were better with the sweet & sour sauce. The general tso shrimp was okay. The shrimp were fried sweet & sour style, which I don’t like with tso. The sauce was too salty like soy sauce, not sweet enough. It was a good level of spice, though. Honestly, I’ve gotten takeout from Panda and Yo-Yo café and they weren’t great either. Panda’s crab rangoons are better. Yo-Yo is HORRIBLE. The most watery tso EVER. Still on the search for the best Tso in the area :)
