Just went to Taco Bell. Ordered one crunch wrap box with a Sprite, and one crunch wrap supreme combo with nachos instead of a taco on the side with a Dr Pepper. This guy gives us two box meals. He also gave us one Sprite and one Mountain Dew when we were supposed to have one Sprite and one dr pepper. First of all he did not ask us what type of Doritos loco taco we wanted and he literally gave us a random one. He also didn’t ask if we wanted crispy or soft tacos so he surprised us. He didn’t give us a receipt and he had a horrible attitude the entire time. He was black, he had a small Afro, and he had a belly. When we got the food it was dry and nasty. We have never received this bad of service. We will never be returning to this franchise because of this location. Will be reaching out to corporate.

We were in the area to visit the animal shelter and were craving Taco Bell. As soon as we walked in they announced they were not serving Taco Bell. It was very disappointing and would be very upset if we were stuck in the drive thru. How can you say your a KFC/​Taco Bell and only serve half of your product?
Apparently the Taco Bell side was having technical difficulties or a «malfunction» and they were out of change. And no coupons were offered to disappointed customers like ourselves.
Overall their business failed today but they were doing a good job of telling customers why they couldn’t get a delicious burrito.

The location is close to the Silver Spring downtown area. The drive thru is usually too long to bother with. Going inside will be quicker but not much. This place doesn’t represent «fast» food very well. The employees were very nice. Many tried to keep letting customers know that they hadn’t forgotten about them, even though they were waiting 8 to 10 minutes for their orders.
I like the Taco Bell side. Hubby prefers getting his KFC on. When my order was handed to me 15 minutes later, only my items were ready. The employee quickly pulled together the rest of the order. Getting an extra cookie isn’t as valuable as my time when I am trying to get to the movies.
The employee carrying trays of fried chicken had grease dripping all over his arms.

Incompetent, unprofessional service with a bad attitude. Had only one register working when there were two available. Called people to registers and then walked off. Would not be coming back here again and do not recommend this place for others either.

Most consider this fast food, calling it fast casual would be nice but I guarantee you could order a pizza the same time as your chalupa, drive home and have the pizza on your doorstep. The service here is slow all the time and worse later in the evening; I know pot is legal now but jeez don’t let it slow you down this munch!

If there was an option to give negative stars, I would.
Upon entry, we were greeted by a cockroach. One of our sons had to use the restroom, so we went in anyway. By his account, the toilet was virtually overflowing with fecal waste.
The place had a horrific smell. We got out of there as fast as those sticky, nasty floors would allow.

I really love this Taco Bell. Glad I gave it a shot, since it’s near my school. Service is always nice, and they don’t skimp on the fillings for Taco Bell or sides for KFC. They’re also very accommodating with my modified orders, since I’m vegan. Expect it to be busy and loud during lunch/​dinner times as that’s to be expected. I go in earlier to avoid the crowd and take my order to go. Probably wouldn’t recommend it as a sit-​in place but for carryout, it’s great.

Went through the drive through last night. I have never seen a drive through SO SLOW. Also, none of the lights were on indicating it was open. We only knew it was still open due to other people being in line. There was 3 cars in front of us. Took 45 minutes to get two combinations. The food was decent but I could have gone to eat at a real restaurant if it was going to take 45 minutes for «fast food». I love Taco Bell but will not be coming back to this location.

One of the consistently slowest Taco Bell /​KFC’s I’ve ever been to. Order accuracy is pretty decent, but the speed of surface is beyond unacceptable. KFC orders are filled relatively quickly, but you can expect to wait at least 10 minutes if you order anything from the Taco Bell menu.
Note: Ordering through the drive-​true won’t save you any time.

Worst Taco Bell/​KFC ever! Granted no Taco Bell or KFC have ever been great at being clean, courteous, and fast. This one is by far the worst of the bunch. The floor is mopped with what has to be jolly rancher soaked water. So sticky my sandals fell off!
But what really made me right this review is the 20+ minutes wait in the drive thru during shift change. Wtf! And this place has the type of drive thru that my car can’t escape from unless I have a huge SUV and jump the curb.
Sadly, I will come back but not without exhausting other options. And all night bar hopping.

Quite possibly the worst Taco Bell/​KFC I have ever been to. The drive through is so slow and the employees don’t seem to care about their jobs. It’s called fast food for a reason, yet you can count on waiting 10 mins in line regardless of time of day.
Add to that the fact that orders are regularly wrong and they have seriously run out of chicken before.
I try to stay away from here, but sadly it’s the only TB in the area so if I want a soft taco and not have to drive 45 mins out of my way, it’s the only option.
Tried to contact an area manager as well as corporate, but there seems to be no care for this location. So sad.
