Great service from Linnea Ellis in the mattress department. She worked very hard to get me a good deal on three mattresses and two adjustable bases. There was a mixup on the price and the end of the black Friday sale after Thanksgiving and she worked with me to get the same prices on an upcoming sale in December. Linnea knows what she is talking about, very good service. Go see hernif you need a mattress.

Worst customer service ever. Woman seemed irritated because she had to keep calling the warehouse in Bremerton to see what dyers they had. After making several calls we finally found ONE that they actually had in stock. It was the ONLY Kenmore dryer they had left. When I asked about delivery she told me they couldn’t do it because it was a close out model…(wtf… Why not???) so she informed me I would have to drive over to Bremerton to pick it up from the warehouse. I said ok and asked if I could pick it up tonight which she told me we could. After ringing up and spending over $ 550 I asked her to call the warehouse since it was the only one left and put our name on it. She then informed us the warehouse was now closed and that we would have to come out first thing in the morning and pick it up because some one else might get it if we don’t get there first… What the hell??? We just bought something that she told us we could pick up that night and then she tells us that?! I will never come back to this place ever again… It’s a sinking ship and not what it used to be. I was a retailer manager for 7 years and I would never do something like that to a customer. Screw this place!

Got the worse customer service I have ever received went to look at George Foremans and wanted to see if they had one that has removable plates and u can put a different kind of plate there so cooking a omelette and then for dinner cooking steak on a different grille plate Told a gal I needed a customer service not a single one came to help even when I asked her to do it again(she was already with a customer) 30 mins later walked out and going to look at other stores for that product

Second time I have dealt with SEARS and 2nd time that is has been anything but pleasant. First time charge for 2 riding mowers, only bought one. Took numerous drives to the store and a multiple calls to the corporate office. This time it is a price match, after 3 months they state it went to the SYWR account. Save your time and go anywhere but SEARS — the old SEARS of growing up is long gone…

Frank Minnick was the only person that talked to me that day. I waited around for 15 or so waiting to be helped. Frank came to my rescue after considering leaving and buying elsewhere. I work in retail so I am more understanding when things are missed. But not being talked or being ignored is frustrating beyond reason. Employees like Frank, are the type of associate I would employ in my business because the professionalism he demonstrates is beyond most employees portray at the Silverdale sears. He also apologized for the bad experience I received just a few days earlier. My mother had gave me a xmas gift that I didn’t really want or need and I didn’t have the heart to ask her for a reciept cause I didn’t want to hurt her feelings. I understood that I probably would only get store credit because at my store we give gift cards to guest who don’t have reciept. I was helped by an older lady who I felt scolded me for not having a reciept the whole time. I felt like a child upsetting a school teacher. A passerby asked how much an item was because it had no price and he was scolded because she hasn’t gotten to it yet. I didn’t feel like complaining cause I don’t like getting people in trouble or worse. I was just seriously done with sears. Have been working at the mall for 8 years I understand the holidays, I understand mean relentless customers, I understand all that. But for the NICE people who just need a little customer service this is where that employee that day failed Silverdale sears. Thank God Frank turned my opinion around.
