This place is slower thaaaaaan molasses. And cannot complete and order correctly to save their own lives. I normally don’t do bad reviews but, I feel like this place needs some major attention. I’ve worked in fast food before and this place needs to be in the spotlight as an unacceptable example of «fast» food. I am unsure that a place like this would ever be owned by corporation and is probably run by some lazy franchisee… I really hope this matter draws attention of the appropriate officials. I’ve seen corporations step in and take over bad franchisee restaurants before… Hopefully, it soon happens here. Please & Thank you. Btw… My last order: 2 bean burritos w/no onions please… Had onions… Had to wait approximately 15 – 20 minutes, no joke. This is the fourth and last time we will go there unless this place sees some New management or corporate steps in and saves this sinking ship.

I hate this place. Service is slow. Employees aren’t very attentive to customers. It doesn’t matter if you choose drive thru or dine in. You will wait just as long as you would for a sit down restaurant. You stand there scoffing and checking your watch, you don’t even get an apology or even an acknowledgement of your irritation. I really think it would be just as fast if I drove to a Salem Taco Bell.

This is the slowest fast food service I’ve ever had. I don’t feel as if there is any drive from the employees to actually be fast. It took 30 minutes from when we got into line before we had our food. With only 3 cars in front of us. Why is this even close to acceptable?
