Such personalized customer service is rare these days, Amy’s Hallmark in Simi really takes care of me. The manager is is so much fun and the employees are always so helpful. Highly recommend visiting when you have time to kill… So much great stuff to check out.

It’s fine. It’s a Hallmark. They’re all kind of the same. I like to go during the couple weeks after xmas for steep discounts on ornaments.

Best place for REAL cards, the funny, thoughtful, and specific. Often in this day & age, cards can be bought at a lot of chain stores, and although Hallmark falls a bit into this category, they specialize in cards, rather then it being just a section of the whatever mega store
I’ve found cards for special events, like a 30th birthday, I got 3 «decade in review cards» as just a nostaglic history of the things that happened over those 30 years during that person’s life. Also, the card variety is so much more varied at Hallmark, better jokes in the funny cards, more sincere stories in the dramatic cards, that make solid points, rather then sappy overtones.
As for this hall mark, clean, well stocked, and great service, every time. There are few Hall Marks around these days, sadly, but as long as this one is here, I’ll keep heading in.

If you’ve seen one Hallmark store, you’ve seen them all… well, maybe… but I think THIS particular Hallmark store is a little better because they have a really large selection of interesting gift items, in addition to their plethora of greeting cards and gift wrap. I like looking at all the different things in here, and I’ve even bought some of their gift type items.
