Really good chocolate! My favorites are the chocolate covered gummy bears, cherries, and caramel apples. The only reason I give them a four star is because more often then not, the store is closed! I’m going during mall hours, so I feel they should be open, or at least have consistent hours. I went to the store at 12pm today, the sign on the door said they’d be back at 11am, but no one was there.

Friendliest staff!!! I went to Dip It for the first time today and absolutely loved it. Their chocolate covered cheesecake is to die for! I will definitely be coming back not only for the chocolate but for the incredible service.

This place is a hidden gem! If you’re a chocolate lover, you should definitely go here. They even have sugar free options which allowed my dad to get something since he has to watch his sugar intake. I highly recommend the chocolate covered blueberries. Last but not least, Dave was incredibly helpful and friendly. Great quality, great customer service!

Customer service here is great! Dave & Diana are so helpful & did a great job with their new business. You can’t get caramel apples like theirs anywhere else. Their selection of chocolates are fantastic and their handmade barks are great! The Big Top Peanut Butter Crunch bark is by far my favorite along with their apple pie caramel apple. Taste like the real thing. The store is a real gem.

Me & my kid have been coming here for years when it was called Chocolate Factory I believe. But through the name changes we’ve always experienced such great customer service & great tasting chocolate. Every person that works there always very friendly. I recommend there dark chocolate marshmallow sticks. Always soft & great tasting

This was a great new discovery to find as I’m new to actually living in Simi Valley. The customer service by Dave and (I’m sorry this is so wrong) Somina? Was exceptional! They not only catered to my friends needs but also to my two year old daughter and letting her try a sample of the chocolate covered blueberries which tasted great! Dave gave us a mini tour experience of how to make candied apples! It’s great to walk into a store and they are conscience of children and how to not only provide great service but also entertaining my child too!

I entered this store at night & purchased 5 chocolate truffles thinking that I was in the old Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, which I love. I didn’t even realize that the store had changed over to Dip It until I tried the truffles. They were absolutely HORRIBLE! Inedible. I literally spit them out, which says a lot because I love chocolate. They tasted like wax. Worst quality chocolate (if you can even call it that) that I’ve ever had. All 5 (including both light & dark chocolate) were awful. No flavor & waxy. Tasted like shortening or similar waxy, flavorless consistency. I cannot imagine that they have any real cacao chocolate in them at all, even the dark ones! I will never buy anything there again. Beware. This comes from someone who has only written a handful of reviews because I just don’t feel passionately enough to spend the time usually, but this was so pathetic of an excuse for chocolate that I had to warn others not to waste their money.

This place is located in the old Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory location at the Simi Town Center and from what I’ve been told it’s the same family, however, I feel this place blows away the old Rocky Mountain. Dip It Chocolate Factory has the friendliest staff, an amazing chocolate selection, the best caramel apples, truffles that are big enough to share, and my wife and I can’t get enough of their Big Top Peanut Butter Crunch Bark or their chocolate blueberries.
