Nice to see a clean restaurant with hot fresh food and very friendly employees. They even checked on me while i was eating in the dining room. Wow! Never see this in fastfood anymore

I love Carls food but this location is bad. The drive thru is sooo slow! Then today I got nachos with chicken and there was barely anything on them! It was just chips! And I got 6 stars but they only gave me 5 plus they tasted old. They need to check the quality of their food.

They have nothing resembling quality control at this store. I caught 3 mistakes at the window before leaving only to find they completely forgot my kids meals, drink included. $ 15 and hour? Nuts for the level of quality.
This store needs leadership or robots.

GAVE ME FOOD POISONING. I just moved into an apartment just down the street, and was excited to see that there was a Carl’s nearby to satisfy my late night munchies. Well, one morning I decided to head to Carl’s right after they opened for a few cheeseburgers and some fries. 3−4hrs later I was hugging the porcelain god, which lasted well into the night and next morning.
I knew it had to be Carl’s because I hadn’t eaten anything the previous night, nor anything for lunch the previous day (1^st meal in 18hrs). I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION, and if you enjoy keeping your food in your stomach where it belongs, I suggest you avoid this establishment as well.

I always go to Carl’s and I never have a problem with it, but this location just made me write a bad review because the lack of coffee lol. Not once but twice I’ve came here this week to get coffee and they don’t have any. I actually really like the coffee from here and every time I want to get some they don’t have any coffee brewed? Come on Carl’s! Smfh.

The service here is very welcoming and very fast service. Anthony who works behind the counter is a really nice guy. My boyfriend and I really appreciate his service.

This morning 6:00am. Ordered 2 loaded breakfast burritos asked please no onions… pulled up to drive through and once again made sure no onions and he replied «you told me that already». Got home and both boys thought I pulled a joke on them! Omg! Loaded with onions! This was very cruel and I am very DISGUSTED with this mean act!!! Not nice Carl’s Jr. Shame on you!!! I wish I knew how to post these pictures!

went to get breakfast there at 10:55, and they said they stop serving breakfast at 11:00. I explained that 10:55 is before 11:00am, still nope, not serving…
And they NEVER get the order right. thumbs down on customer service

This place sucks! I have always and I mean Always had Either cold food. Stale food. Or a forgotten item in my order! CORPORATE take notice!!! Just the other day I ordered breakfast for me and couple co workers. I asked 2 separate orders. They gave me 1 large bag mixed and forget 3 breakfast sandwiches! I called right away and it went to fax. Still have not been able to contact mngr about this. All the other times I have eaten here the food was horrible. Even got sick after a western burger which was Completely stale. Never will I go back until this place gets new management or changes quality.

Place is usually pretty slow because it’s always understaffed! But if you want a good fast food burger this is the place to go.

Bad service. No one greeted us. Stood in line for 5 minutes until I was acknowledged. There were no other customers in the restaurant. In front of the cash registers were yellow wet floor signs with a few mini puddles that were not mopped up in a sense of urgency. Ketchup dispenser was empty. Beverage fountain area was filthy. I definitely will make take note not to ever visit this establishment again.

This location may possibly have the slowest drive thru line of all Carl’s Jr’s in Simi. Going inside isn’t such a bad wait. You can tell that the cooks in the back struggle with getting things done fast enough.

This place was a joke when I walked in the door I stood there for 2 min before anyone welcomed me and when they finally got my order to me it was cold worst place for service go elsewhere don’t waste your time or money.

The shift manager Alfredo was extremely rude to his employee, yelling at her right in front of customers. Plus they charged me 1.00 for a 3.50 order for using my ATM. Can you say IN N OUT!!!
This place needs to be taken over by a team who knows what their doing… Or a trained monkey would do just as good. The employees are rude and discourteous and the food is just okay…

Went through the drive thru today to try the hard shell beef tacos that were rated very high with a panel on another food site. I had not tried any of the Green Burrito items before. The employee taking the order at the drive thru was very pleasant and place my order for 3 tacos quickly. Went I arrived at the window the employee asked if I would like either or both of the sauces that compliment the tacos. I took both types. Upon opening the taco wrapper the aroma was promising. The hard shell was different in texture that I have ever had before. Not bad mind you but different. Not greasy, not heavy corn, not goopy flour but a crispy and flaky texture that had a great chew and flavor. The beef was also a different texture, somewhere between standard ground beef and over-​ground meat. Basically the texture matched the taco shell, was well seasoned and not greasy. There was ample chopped lettuce and cheese but not tomato.
All in all I would agree with the panel findings and this hard shell beef taco is now my «Go To» fast food taco.

I love their spicy chicken sandwich with no lettuce but add Swiss cheese. It’s cheap but well worth it, even when you ask them to pull it right out of the fryer fresh. As for the burgers, the super star with cheese is the way to go but only if they make it fresh upon request.

Worst Carl’s Jr I have been too. I ordered the big Carl combo plan with cheese large cherry coke and fries pretty easy order. You think they could get it right NO!!! They Put a pound of lettuce and thousand island dressing on my burger. Not going here again.

Nice employees but poorly prepared food. Low level Carl’s location for food quality. Drive through is the slowest in town.

The San Diego burrito was disappointing. The posters advertising it with pictures make it look way better than how it actually tastes. Yeah it has fries in it but no big deal.
Sticking with the tried and true western bacon cheeseburger!

There isn’t anything anything spectacular, nor is there anything terrible about this CJGB compared to other locations. The drive-​thru was on top of their game by getting our food to us expediendly. The breakfast burritios may need to be drained before they actually wrap them up and give them to you… or you may have a messy car ride on your hands.
In regards to CJGB in general… could you lighten up on the calories just a wee bit? I guess I shouldn’t be naïve in thinking that fast food joints would be responsibe in not contributing to the super obese. Obesity yes… super obesity… no. I can’t say there should ever be a burger that weighs in at over 1000 calories… or…1500 calories in your case. Leave it to the sit-​down establishments to give America diabetes.
