I love this location even though I don’t live in the area I often stop on my way to my parents in Camarillo. The staff are helpful. In particular, Mark is very good, knowledgeable and always helps me and my son. Some gamestops have kids that don’t seem to know much but this location is an exception.

Love this GameStop! It’s so much better than the one from Simi Valley Town Center! The staff here are the best, love the manger, such a chill guy to talk too. And such a friendly environment! Also, great exclusive deals when you preorder games from GameStop, unlike Target or best buy or Walmart. GameStop is the way to go.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received at a GameStop. I’m usually a patient person, I know working retail is tough, having to deal with people hourly every day but there was a guy named Sean working there who honestly seemed like he was doing everything he could to give me poor customer service. He was rude, mean, sarcastic, and down right insulting to me and my son while eating the entire time he «helped» us. I don’t know how a big company like GameStop lets people like this represent them in their stores. They have lost a customer in me and the other members of my family due to him. Best Buy takes game trades these days, we will go there from now on.

I had an urge to break out some old video games and realized I didn’t have a working wii remote. I talked to Caesar at the front and he was awesome. Helped me find the one that was in my price range and I appreciated that. Good customer service!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Like said in a review before me, «quick and efficient». They make trade-​ins exciting, especially if you get rang up by INSERT NAME HERE (I can’t remember the mans name but he has long hair), he tells me about similar games I should look at and we compare what you thought of games we had both played. Overall, I love this place.

I like this Gamestop more than most. The employees usually have time to answer all my questions, and if they don’t know they don’t try to BS me and just tell me they don’t know. Also, the open for midnight launches unlike some Gamestops which is nice if you’ve got a great new game coming out (Gears of War 3!!!)

The employees I speak to don’t seem to know too much about video games but that’s not too big of a problem considering I don’t come here to just chat about them. Anyway, idk why im bothering to write this review considering Unilocal filers all my reviews :(

I went here to pre-​order the new Gameboy 3DS that’s coming out in March. Figured I’d opt for the slow bleed rather than the one time major financial cut. The store was empty today, and the guy behind the counter was helpful, and knew of the item I spoke. We chatted about the item for a minute or so, discussing details and capabilities. But I got in and got out in about 5 minutes. Quick and efficient. This is the gamestop i visit during lunch. The people are helpful, always eager to help, and usually know their stuff. It’s about the same size as other gamestop stores, with probably exactly the same items at the exact same prices. But, I work near here and stop in quite frequently, sometimes I purchase, sometimes I don’t; and they seem to be ok with that.
