I called today to ask about exchanging an item for store credit. I asked if they would do it within 90 days. The manager, Barbara, said no. I asked if they could do it without a receipt. She once again said no and was gracious enough to explain that if I didn’t have a receipt she would have to assume I stole it.
Cons:
Don’t follow (already sh! tty) corporate policy
Accuses customers of stealing
Bad selection of products
Pros:
Newegg exists so I don’t need Radioshack
There used to be a very nice manager here who was always willing to help. They fired him because he wouldn’t sell like a used car salesman.
