We always come here. It’s so conveniently located in the center of Simi Valley and there is always ample parking. Just today we upgraded our son’s phone and it took us less than twenty minutes. I can’t remember a time when that has ever happened at another Verizon store. They are friendly, helpful, and always try to find ways for us to save money.

If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t remember the guys name who «helped» me but he was rather rude. I went in asking for a QUOTE and he was insisting on knowing the number and last four of the social for the main person on the account, I told him it was under my fathers name and he just had a terrible attitude explaining that he couldn’t tell me how cheap he could get our bill if he didn’t know how much data we used. I explained to him how many gigs we used and that I knew our current plan, he then slammed a paper down in front of me with information on the plans that Verizon offered. I couldn’t leave fast enough. I won’t be returning here for business.

There’s a reason they’ve been around so long. Friendly and honest customer service! My parents have been going to Vision Wireless for years. I joined the family plan a couple of years ago and have bought 2 phones through them. They help my parents on a regular basis with technical issues or what I call «old people tech issues». Even though I moved out of the area I still use them for service support and upgrades.

I came here to get my first smartphone, and I was helped by Joe. He was patient and helpful, and tried his best to answer my many questions. It seems that they only have one or two people working at once, which means wait times can be long, but it is less hectic and more personal help than at the Verizon store. Vision Wireless is a certified Verizon dealer, and they are a fine alternative to going to the actual Verizon store.
They sell phone cases and protective screens, as well as accessories, but you would likely find cheaper online.
