This location’s product quality has been steadily declining over the last couple years.
I have a big issue with their cooking standards.
My burger patty is always pink, even when I order it well done. I’m at the point where I no longer eat the patty, but my dog doesn’t mind.
On the other end of the spectrum, the fries are way over done; brown and burnt like they were forgotten at the bottom of the fryer.
The only thing that’s on point every time I go are the shakes, hence 2 stars.

Wow… The best burger in America. I’m surprised there are only a few states that have an in n out. If you haven’t tried in n out, you’re missing out. Before you die, you better eat here at least once. Best thing in life… IN N OUT BURGER

Why would you give an In-​N-​Out less than 5 stars?
That should be the name of an article somewhere…
You would only if you’ve been here a few times and they seem to always be way more busy and swamped than a normal busy and swamped InO is. And, if they seem to take longer than normal to get food out. Again, in the grand scheme of things, nothing super wrong here. But compared to other locations this one is simply not as quick.

Nothing quite like in n out. I have a more complicated in n out order than the average Starbucks PSL.
Double meet, protein style, mustard instead of speed, add pickles and sliced chilies
It’s amazing! I could eat it everyday and be happy.
This location is always clean and staff is friendly. Nothing bad I can say.

I always come here… I am all over their animal style burgers and fries! The regular fries are good too. Expect to run into a very long line every time you come here. In N Out is extremely popular.

Always come to this one since it’s the closest to my house. They are friendly fast and efficient. Never have a bad experience here. If you need something special they do it. Keep up the good work team! If I needed a job I’d want to work there. They always seem to work well together and have fun. Thank you guys.

There’s no place like your home town In N Out! This one has always been consistent for me, and I’ve been coming here my whole life, so that’s impressive!

The food at In-​n-​Out is always consistent no matter which location you go to. I think having the hidden menu makes In-​n-​Out a little playful and more interesting for some reason. For example, animal style burger, animal style fries, or asking for mustard. Just some simple examples.
This location generally isn’t packed and there is always seats available to my family of 5. Tables are usually cleaned within a few short minutes once patrons leave.
Great location, next to main streets and a freeway.

We eat at In n Outs all over the Southwest.
This Simi Valley location is troubling.
Not the same taste and quality you find at other locations.
The fry’s and burgers just are not right.

Got a plain cheeseburger. Cooked and prepared the way I like. The servers were very polite. Bathroom and eating area are clean. The only downside– tte place is TOO LOUD. That’s why I am only giving a 4 star rating.

I Hope someone in Management reads this, i Will Call later. The last few times I’ve come to this particular location and try to enjoy the famous burgers, I’ve had pink in my burgers and so have some of my family member so now that it’s the third time una row, I’m filing a complaint and obviously writing a review. I think this place has outgrown its demand, and are not cutting corners to rush through the business.
Have you changed management staff recently ?
Is there a corporate quality cintroller that comes through here often to check in the quality of food?
Should I notify CALOSHA?
Please comment below if you have experienced this also. This can help wake up the staff here, and we can all as customers enjoy the 1940’s neighborly quality of food.

This is as good as any In-​N-​Out, so you know what that means. As far as the rest of it goes, there’s some upside and downside.
The line can be huge, though it does run fairly quickly. The city decided to make it a huge hassle to get back on the 118, which is annoying. In-​N-​Out should have worked that out before using this tricky location that is easy to get to, but hard to get out of.
