Shannon is THE best hairstylist I’ve ever had, except for my mom of course. She has always nailed my hair color and cut perfectly. Most recently my 18 yr old daughter also started going to her for her blonde coloring and my daughter said «this is the best my hair has ever looked» and man is she ultra picky. Shannon is super sweet, extremely patient and works until your hair looks perfect.

Andrea Crawford has been coloring and cutting me and my daughters hair for years and we are always very happy with the results :) Doing hair is her passion, making her clients look beautiful! I love MICHELE SHUSTER M’Lord’s & M’Lady’s. I have been going to her for about 5 years for weaves and haircuts. I strayed one time, and let me cousin do my hair, and Michele had to rescue and correct what my cousin did. But besides that, she is so sweet and talented… she really knows her stuff. The best ever and color and weave. Thanks Michelle for always getting me in and always making me feel special… you are so appreciated by ME !!!

Kathy Payson is by far the BEST hairdresser I have found and have been using her for over 9 years!!! Before I started coming to Kathy my hair was a hot mess!!! Everytime I come in I tell her you can do whatever you like and I trust you, always comes out AMAZING!!! I have never had a bad experience, everybody at the salon is very welcoming and friendly which makes getting your hair done that much better!!! Every since Kathy has started using Olaplex on my hair a few months ago I have had nothing but compliments on my hair! If you are looking for somebody who has wonderful color experience (especially blondes) she’s your girl!!!

I came to M’Lords and M’Ladys this past weekend for a cut, highlights, and deep moisturizing treatment. Kathy took amazing care of me and I could not be more pleased with the whole experience! The store is beautiful and clean, the people who work there are friendly and make you feel so special, and they are all so talented! I wasn’t sure how to describe what I wanted and it seemed like Kathy could read my mind. She is so artistic and detail-​oriented. I won’t go anywhere else and look forward to coming back soon!

Life wouldn’t be the same without a talented woman to make me feel and look beautiful. Andrea has been dying and bleaching my hair for over a year now. Always happy with the results. Never had any quality or damage issues. I’m a natural dirty blonde with thin hair. It’s been hard for me to find stylist who can properly bleach or dye my thin hair. Thank god I have Andrea on my side. Currently blonde with two tone purple underneath. It’s absolutely adorable!!!

Never would have gone here if I didn’t win a free haircut at an auction since it’s located in a small strip mall and next to a liquor store. The exterior is deceiving. Glad I found it however– I’ve been going to Shannon for over a year now and she has seen me through several Style and color changes– always with a little restraint and good judgement. She is very professional and I always leave happy with my hair. Her prices are every reasonable as well. I have been happy to recommend her to several friends also who have been very pleased with her service.

This was my first visit and I’m definitely coming back again. I needed a haircut for quite awhile but was putting it off until I could find a good local stylist, I’m hopeful that this will be my new regular salon. :) Had an appointment with Kathy today, she was very sweet and took the time to really figure out what I wanted (even though I wasn’t entirely sure at first). She gave me a trim and cleaned up my bangs, putting the layers back in so I had a nice no-​fuss style. By the end I was really happy with the look, then she offered to do a braid for me because I have to wear my hair up for work. I said «Sure, go nuts!» and what I got was a gorgeous spiral braid! I’d definitely have this done more often if I could. Thanks Kathy, it looks great!

After my daughter got a hold of scissors and took out a lock of her hair I panicked not only had it been late but no salon was open we had to wait til morning I searched and searched for a kid friendly salon that specialized in kids and I found this salon and I also found SUE she not only fixed my daughters hair but she kept as much of her hair as she could my daughter was happy and so was I she is now my little rapunzel I also want to add she and I were supposed to be leaving to to see a show and the relief I got after her haircut was just enough I will go back here for her touch up cuts and will continue to see SUE

There are dozens of ladies here with years of experience in cut, color, and style. My kids like to come here… even the teenaged girls… You always feel at home here… and the prices are great.

Today was my first time ever at the salon. Val colored my hair for me, and let me tell you. She is a master in her work! I brought in a photo to show her what I wanted and she helped me tailor it to complement my skin tone. The color came out so rich and it was better than I had imagined prior coming into my appointment! The receptionist was not lying when she said Val is amazing at her job! I received such friendly service, you can guarantee that I’m coming back again! Thanks Val!

Not only is it a few blocks from my house, but the staff is great!
The receptionist is so friendly, I love her! Everytime I go in she remembers my name and helps me out in fitting me in for a cut. Speaking of haircuts, all cuts are $ 25 here, which is reasonable for the great quality.
I recommend Crystale or Sherri. Crystale originally did my A-​Line when i decided to cut 12 inches off of my hair, and left it looking great. Now that my hairs long, i always go in for cuts and help managing it with the new longer length.
I hear Shannon is great for coloring! I haven’t experienced it yet, but from friend recommendations I hear she’s the best!
Seriously all of the stylists here are top notch, and so friendly. They never ignore you or make you feel unwelcome!
So happy to have finally gone in :)
