This store is great! It’s always spotless, very clean and great layout. The staff has always been so helpful to me. I have never met a bad employee here. I get all my office and business supplies here, and do copies and printing here. I like that the store is not huge, I get kinda lost inside of the Staples store in Simi. I really like coming here.

I went in today for business purposes. I had over 50 pounds of documents to get shredded. I called ahead and they said they can only do 20 pounds because it takes awhile to shred. I went in only expecting to get 20 pounds shredded but because they had the staff and time, they shredded all my documents at once. That way I didn’t have to go back. It took a little over an hour to hand shred it all, but they did it. I was highly impressed! Great location and also very clean and organized.

This review is for customer service at this store. My parents were looking to get some ink for their epson printer. When we walked in, a store employee acknowledged us right away and asked if we needed any help finding the ink after telling us which isle is was at. After searching on his handy scanner, he told us that the store did not carry any but that he could order it and have it at the store in a week or so.
He also told us that Staples might carry it and would look for us if they even have any in stock. After searching on the computer for a couple minutes, he in fact found the ink we needed at Staples and told us we could pay online or at the store itself. We opted to pay at Staples, but were very happy with the customer service we received. I wish I could remember the guys name so I can give him a shout out. But it is just so nice when people actually give two cents when it comes to their job and helping others.

I needed a toner cartridge and their posted price was $ 46.99. I asked if they priced matched and they said yes. I said look at Walmart’s price which was $ 30 for the same cartridge. They helpfully, quickly and cheerfully priced matched online while I stood there and I went home with my toner for $ 30. I also appreciated that when their computer says they have it in stock, they have it in stock, unlike Walmart, which lies. I know where to go now.

Awesome service, knowledgeable staff, great store layout, and personnel who understand viruses, software, and anything office-​related! They removed a virus from my laptop and now it runs better than new! I would highly recommend these folks for all your office needs!

This is the newer smaller location of Office Depot in Simi Valley. I find this one a little small and lacking in variety. The choices for printer paper have been cut back and they were out of stock on most of them on the day that I went shopping. I feel like that is the case with most of the office supplies. They offer one or two brands and their own brand and that is it. The other store had a better variety to choose from.
On the plus side, the employees are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This location does not get very crowded and there is plenty of parking.

This location looks very nice and is clean and well stocked. When we walked in we were greeted and helped right away. We were just there for a quick item in and out. First time going to this location and was pleased with the service and stock. There was no other customers in the store but after trying to get to check out I thought this place would be crazy with lots of people in here. The checkout or where the line is/​should be is so confusing and we felt like we were dancing through the store to find the checkout counter.
In terms of easy in and out with good stock this place fits the bill.
