Paragon Pool and Spa

I run a pool service a pool service of my own, when they opened their pool store in Simi I started to purchase my supplies there. The cost was about the same as the wholesale I generally go to. Then all hell broke out I was charged twice for the same item on the same day. I contacted the store and they said they would tell the owner Lori, never heard back? The store employee and I went through the last 2 weeks receipts and found 1 other same amount reciept from 2 weeks prior. Which showed on bank statement the same day it was purchased. A month went by and I disputed the the purchased, I got my money back. I waited for I thought we were friends and to be professional business person. Still never heard a word from Lori.
After this she and her boyfriend Eric invited us over to a 4^th of a July party, my wife Jill brought it up and said «when we make a mistake at work, we apologize «dead silence from that period on. I never went back or will. If this is the kind of business ethics they have which is very little, may I suggest staying away. Soon after this Eric broke off our working relationship. I Give Paragon a big fat gooseegg.

First off, Victor is an absolutely great person! I wish Victor worked at a different store. Aubrey, their accounts manager is an absolute liar! I paid $ 1,500 for a robotic pool cleaner and promised a 2 – 3 week delivery time. I waited 4 weeks and still nothing. After waiting 6 weeks I asked for a refund. He told me the unit was «in route» and a few more days would have been there but it was immediately cancelled when I asked for a refund. What a liar… It was never in route and would not be for a while. Instead of being honest he decided it was best to be dishonest.
Victor is the man! Great guy, knows his products, great customer service! I hope he finds another place to work and I will be his first customer. I will never shop at Paragon knowing management is dishonest and lacks integrity.

Fantastic service. My family has been using them for five years with weekly service and as-​needed filter cleaning. The pool is stunning. Never too chlorination, never murky. They always show up on their day and do a good job.

I can’t really evaluate their prices or workmanship. I couldn’t get the elderly gentleman on duty to acknowledge my wife and me.
We waited for 10 minutes while he conversed with the one other customer but he never said hello to us or «be with you in a moment». Nothing. So we left.

Paragon pools, westlake village is a local pool supply and repair. Their phone manners are rude and defensive. Ask their name, they get annoyed. When you go to their store, bring a chair. You could wait 20 minutes.
. Their prices are not a bargain so you would think they would try to be cordial.
Service work is fine as their product is, but the attitude is they are doing you the favor. Store needs a employee makeover.
Better service everywhere else I went.

I have an older spa that needed some attention, Paragon sent out their service rep (Jorge) and I was blown away by the honesty and quality of workmanship. Having dealt with pool/​spa services before, I never expected to get my job done without a few complaints about price or service. I’m happy to say that this was not the case with Paragon, everything came out to my satisfaction and I would definitely use them again. And for the record, none of my family works for Paragon nor do I own stock in the company!

I found my pool supply store and I couldn’t be happier. I stumbled upon them while shopping at Big Lots, and I’m so glad I found them! I am so impressed with the level of customer service at this store! All of the associates are extrememely knowledgeable and helpful. They run service calls through their T.O. store. I tried shopping at Leslie’s once and I will never shop there again. Paragon is close to Leslie’s and the level of service is not even comparable. They do close early, that’s the only negative.
