Where do I even begin?! I came into the store the day before St. Patrick’s day and bought a few items. After waiting forever to be checked out(only one person working the registers while the other two girls working were just standing around) another employee finally came over to help. After being checked out and walking towards the door I noticed on my receipt that I had been double charged for an item. I turned right around and went back, I explained what I noticed and the same sales girl mumbled something and then told me that it was taken care of and that she would have to re-ring me up; she stated that she post voided the 1st transaction. Later on that night I noticed that I had two charges on my card from styles, at first I thought nothing of it because from working in retail previously I knew that it might take a day for the 1st transaction to fall off. The next day while on my lunch break I noticed that the 2 transactions were still on my account, called by bank to see if they knew when the one would fall off only to find out that there was no credit back to my account. I called the store and spoke to the MOD and she stated that she would have to look at the receipts for the day I was in and would have to give me a call back. Not even 10 minutes later I get a call stating that the original transaction was never voided and i was basically double charged. At this point I was furious! She stated that she would call the SM and to come down once I was off work to get my refund. I went back in that night only to wait in the store for an hour to first hear that they would give me a cash refund to next hearing that the girl that originally helped me and double charged me told the DM that they shouldn’t worry about it and that it was all taken care of because they found the void; which they never did! Thankfully the manager that was helping me was able to explain to the DM that it was in fact not taken care of! She was then told to call corp and to fax them my receipts and that they would void the transaction on their end. When she called corp they then told her that it was to late in the day and that they did not want to be bothered with the issue. She told me to wait 2 days and that the money should be back in my account…(fast forward 2 days) went back into the store and was told that I did not wait a «full» 2 days and that I should come back in on Monday and that they would have my money ready. Went back in that Monday to have the SM hand over the phone with corp on it who stated that I would have to wait another 2 days and if I did not have the money by then that they would send me a check. If I wasn’t double charged over $ 100 I would have said fine but because it was so much and that I had already waited a week for something that they had messed up on I was furious. I told them I would wait the additional 2 days and if I did not have my money I would be back. Waited another 2 days and still nothing! I finally found the corp phone # and called them myself! I left messages for everyone I spoke with and not even 10 minutes later I had a call back! Was finally told that I could go to the store and they would give me cash and that they would be sending me a gift card for the headache. Went to the store and had the same girl that orginally screwed up give me the cash. Almost a month later and have yet to get the gift card that they promised! I can honestly stated that after years of shopping at this store I will never be back! The manager that helped me to begin with(think her name was Caroline??) was great but the rest is just a complete mess!

One of my favorite places, I would complain about the lack of space in the store because of all the racks but that just means more clothes to look through so I don’t mind it too much lol all the girls are very friendly

I used to love this place, thinking I was getting a good deal. Once I compared their prices to Q it was a no brainer. This place is more like forever 21 prices or like that of the teen section in Macy’s with quality of forever 21 and Q… Only Q has prices that match the quality, which is what most of us look for considering that by the time the item is worn out we’re worn out with it anyway. My biggest complaint is the costumer service. The manager, I think her name is Maria; sweet, but must not have a lot to work with. There’s always a computer malfunctioning which makes me pretty impatient and the girls(yes GIRLS) she hires are incompetent and sometimes condescending. I don’t mind friendly employees but, these girls get way too personal in the sense that I leave knowing much more about them than I care to know. I work in costumer service and understand that it’s hard not to involve myself to a certain degree in conversation. But it shows when the dialog is MOSTLY customer involved and customer initiated. This is all on top of my membership appearing and disappearing from their system. I’ve been a local shopper here for about 14 years, and I’m afraid I have to retire this location due to it’s continuous inconstancies. Sorry not sorry!

I’m here at 10:25am and they open at 10am and I have been waiting almost 30 minutes and this is bad for business. There are 4 others waiting too and they are leaving now as well. I would like the number to corporate because I came here on my break from work and it was all for nothing

I will admit that the prices for clothes here are affordable. However, their customer service is SERIOUSLY terrible. My friend and I walked in and no one said hi or greeted us — even though there was an employee standing right there. She did say hi to the lady next to us and asked if she needed help — even more rude. After walking around for 5 more minutes and passing by EVERY employee on the floor and still not getting any help, we decided to leave. An employee was standing at the door, looked right at us, and didn’t even say thanks for coming. SO rude. Wouldn’t spend a dime here based on customer service.

So many different styles! I love coming here because the prices are reasonable, the sales are great and a lot of the clothes are very cute. Only con is because the clothes are so affordable, most of it doesn’t last long. They either shrink, stain other clothes in the washer, or develop holes. But hey, I can just go get another top at that point! lol

I purchased a rebate card from this company while shopping for the first time at this store. I was told that the card was good for a year. But to my surprise when I returned to the store to use my card about 3 months later, I was told that it was expired. I then realized that the attendant had written the expiration date to be the date I purchased the card. Because of her mistake my card actually expired the same date i got it. I explained this to the manager who said to contact the Corporate office. I sent a letter to the corporate office with no response. Needless to say, I feel undermined and disrespected by this company. They obviously don’t care about their customers. P.S I’m not the only one, they have other negatives at rip-off-report

Shopping JUST the way I like it– ONTHECHEAP ! Really awesome finds for fair prices. Quality is good too. I come here especially for«work clothes». It’s casual dress buy my idea of casual is a bit ‘extreme’, if you will. Here I can find nice pants/jeans, and those slouchy-urban shirts that are all the rage right now(and look like maternity clothes in my opinion… but dress up nice on the right body types). There are even shoes: flats, rip-off ‘Uggs’, trendy, bulky sandals. The sales rock, there’s an entire rack of yoga/athletic clothes too. MYFAVOURITE. Evertime I stop in, I’m always able to find some rad piece of ‘edgy’ clothing with zippers or studs and NOOBNOXIOUSPATTERS or LOGOS all over the place! LOVE. Accessories are BOGO, and they’re sweet-ass crosses and keys and leaves and stuff. I have a membership card, yeah. I said it.

The clothes are for juniors and very trendy. You can get a shirt for as low as $ 10, and that is not on sale. The ladies who work there have been there fors years and they are very nice. They always rememeber who I am, as I have shopped there for years. I Recommend this place is you have a tight budget.
