When I visit this Starbucks the staff are always friendly and attentive. There are only two issues I’ve seen with the Simsbury Starbucks. The first being, some customers will head towards the exit when they enter the store because they are accustomed to the old layout and they cause confusion. Placing arrows on the ground may resolve this issue. The second issue involves the parking lot. On some occasions the parking lot will be completely full and navigating around it can be annoying when you’re trying to find a parking spot due to the small size of the parking lot. Aside from that, the recent store remodel looks modern and has a welcoming feeling to it. The drinks in my experience have always been made correctly and served in a timely manner. Overall this is my favorite Starbucks to visit when I have free time. I would recommend the Simsbury store to anyone.

Pretty standard Starbucks. Coffee… Food… A few tables. Staff is pleasant and efficient. One nice feature is the small fire place tucked in the corner which definitely gave it a cozy feel. No drive thru which is where this Starbucks loses one star.

Nice space. Great town. But this isn’t well-run. It’s almost always out of something I try to order. What’s worse is that more than any other Starbucks I’ve been to(that’s about 30 Starbucks locations) people just park themselves here. So there will be no line at the counter, but every single seat taken. People will sit at one table, with one Starbucks product, all day. So, you’ll see no line at the counter, yet no tables available. It’s common for one person with their attaché cases, laptop, shopping bags, etc, to take up 3 – 4 chairs, while others have no place to sit. The parking lot, too, is so crowded mornings and weekends, it is literally un-navigable. One ends-up blocked-in by tractor trailers which, for some bizarre reason, this mini-mall allows to make deliveries in a single-lane passage(how does the liability insurance company EVER allow this???). Then after spending 15 minutes just to park, finding this Starbucks is Standing Room Only, again, usually with the majority of 4-person tables occupied by one person. Can you say, «My office = Starbucks» All tolled, very waste of a nice space. Phil

My only gripe has been the amount of flies on the food. It’s kind disgusting. Other than that, the staff is amazing and the coffee is great.

I think this is the BEST Starbucks around! Most importantly, it is very clean. It is cozy. The help staff is efficient and friendly. I have spent hours in the place sipping coffee and visiting with friends. It’s the perfect meeting place!

Perfect place to sit, relax, and enjoy a cup of JOE. I need a place to work online, and they have a huge lobby with a mix of tables, chairs and roomy areas. The service was great and they coffee was also. Starbucks is Starbucks, but this is one that is worth your time.

It’s Starbucks and it’s across the street from work-both are in its favor. What really matters is that the baristas are reliably friendly and helpful. That’s why I keep coming back. The food? It’s the same at all Starbucks locations. The parking lot? It can be a bit hectic around 8:30 am. But they serve everyone quickly and with a smile.

Wow, a local starbucks that actually didn’t make me roll my eyes in disapproval! In Simsbury no less, a place that makes you roll your eyes in the first place! This is decidedly a *small* Starbucks(Not sure how Joshua F. finds it to be large when there’s only 3 tables and a few comfy chairs). No matter though, I actually like the cozy environment; if there’s an open seat, you’ll be in the perfect place to perk up, relax, or study. Barista was very nice, and got our drinks quick. My iced mocha was great, while my girlfriend thought her latte tasted more like a café au lait… Sigh… first world problems… Anyway, the fact that I’m taking the time to Unilocal a Starbucks should tell you something. I give it the maxiumum number of stars allowed for chain restaurants.

This is pretty much your typical Starbucks, decent amount of seating, but it gets to be a mad house around 3pm when the local schools let out. I really appreciate all the large windows and natural light here, so I enjoy spending a few hours grading there when I have the opportunity.

Yes, people remember bad service forever, but by the same token, I will never forget these people even if I move out of the area. I am forever indebted to them. They are great to me and my husband whenever we come in, and cool about fixing the occasional glitch also. I know most of them now on a first-name basis, and vice versa. Not only that, but I can either walk or bike there anytime I wish as well. I might also add that they usually, if not always, have a rotating art gallery in there with nice paintings and different motifs such as animals, plants, etc. Very good!

This Starbucks is a smaller one. The staff is friendly and it is always full of local Simsbury HS students studying.

One of the more enjoyable starbucks in the area. It is very big and always seems to have excellent artwork. If I am in the mood for starbucks and time is not an issue, I head here!
