Ordered the new chicken salad bagel toasted. It came out not toasted. The manager did not offer to make a new one. Instead wanted to take the chicken salad off the bagel and just toast the soggy bagel. I said forget it and just took it back from her.

I just don’t get it. In the very densely commercially developed area of Day Hill Road, there is a tremendous dearth of places to get a cup of coffee, let alone eat and drink. Between Blue Hills Avenue and I-91 there are to the best of my knowledge just two places to get a cup of java– the Day Hill Deli and this Dunkin Donuts. This DD is located way off the road in a strip mall that also houses a Blimpies, a Gold’s Gym and a huge indoor motocross place. If it were not for the large sign on Day Hill, you would absolutely miss it. I swung by this morning for a cup of coffee, the line wasn’t too bad, and service was fast and courteous. It’s a typical DD with the donuts, munchkins, bagels, and usual sandwich items. It’s just located in a weird place, you really have to know its there, or hope you’re not driving by too fast to read the sign and brake in time.
