So I prefer this DD over many in the area. Generally quick, order always right and a nice area to sit should you choose to stay a moment.

This one and the one up by Bradley airport are my faves. Super fast drive through, always accurate and everything fresh.

The corporate game of musical chairs on the corner of Blue Hills Avenue and Old Windsor Road(187 and 305) near the Bloomfield/Windsor line is heating up to a fever pitch. Here is the play-by-play. The venerable Three Brothers Restaurant at 1298 Blue Hills Avenue closed when their owners retired. That prime piece of property on a busy corner caught the fancy of Dunkin Donuts, who wanted that high volume corner all to themselves. Coincidentally, Dunkin already had a presence on that corner, as they occupied a small section of the Cumberland Farms store across the street at 6 Old Windsor Road. So Dunkin made the decision to close their small store(essentially a coffee counter) and jump into the big-time pool across the street, in that space formerly occupied by the Three Brothers Restaurant. They will occupy the entire building and will be the biggest Dunkin I have ever seen, with wifi and couches(just like a Starbucks. The Cumberland Farms is undergoing massive rehabilitation and will re-open on or about August 31 with a state of the art store that will sell their own coffee. This should be very interesting
