Is it possible to give a zero star review? This Dunkin Donuts is horrible. Bad attitudes horrible customer service. Long waits for no reason.

Worst D&D in Bloomfield. The customer service people have bad attitudes and they just never seem to have«something» that I want to order(ie: the expresso machine is always down, there are no more donuts, etc.). I ordered last night and the person charged me for a turbo shot($ 1.09) and then told me after that the machine was down. When I asked him to refund, he told me he couldn’t refund because he was not a manager. He offered something of equal or lesser value. I told him that I would take a small coffee, and he told me that a small coffee was worth more than a turbo shot. He then offered me a donut. He never asked what kind of donut. He just grabbed one and threw it in the bag. Really bad attitude and I’ve dealt with this staff person before — but his attitude seems to get worse with each visit. There are D&D locations within 4 miles of this place that are much better on service. While I do intend to continue being a D&D customer, but I will NEVER go to this one on Blue Hills Avenue again.

I would not review just to complain about the long wait but that is just the tip of the iceberg. As I had plenty of time to wait I saw the two people ahead of me both complain that their order was made wrong. Not taken wrong, made wrong. Then I see a drop a toaster pan and then pick it up and use it. I called him out on it and everyone just laughed. Gross. Never again will I go there. I did not eat my sandwich.

If I had a nickle for every donut or chocolate eclaire I have ever ordered from this D&D location… I’d be rich! Rich enough to open my own franchise that is. Although I would probably put myself out of business in just the first couple months. lol! Anyways, the service here is great. You are able to get in and out fast and quick. The store employees are friendly most of the time. One could be a little friendlier when i go there but maybe that is just her personality altogether. Either way, I don’t know but for the most part they are welcoming to customers and don’t have that ‘I dread my job’ kind of attitude which you automatically get when you walk into some places

The fastest DD I’ve ever been to. Just a note: the drive through is actually quicker, they seem to train a lot of newer employees on the inside. Usually great customer service anyway, I’ll keep comparing other DDs to this one
