Dunkin’ Donuts

Appauld by the customer service! We were at the drive through and the young lady kept saying is that it? My sister explained to her that she had a large order and her response? Well just keep telling what you need! I was like if you would stop interrupting and politely ask would there be anything else ?? When drove up to the window (appauld) sooo we get to the window and the young lady hands everything over .my sister asked can I add a jelly donuts she said if I have it!!! Then she gives her a random donut and she was like this not what I wanted and try’s to hand it back to her she then replies keep it! Never came back to say thank you or go to heaven Nothing! Come on man! Mr owner manager please ask her to be nicer! Windsor is too small and classy for this!
