The store owner provides excellent customer service and helped me find a fabulous dress! There is an excellent selection of dresses and accessories for all different occasions. I loveeee the jovani dresses! Definitely worth a visit.

We had a very different experience at Kiki Dees. Have you shopped for a prom dress lately? We were just about done with the whole process by the time we got there. Serioulsy not into taking a number for limited time in a dressing room to try on shop worn, ultra expensive dresses at the prom dress mills. Kiki Dees was low key, carries all the popular dress lines, offers personalized service and has a great seamstress for alterations. Prices and return policy were consistent with all the boutiques and bridal shops we visited. If you want a more liberal return policy you need to shop at department stores.

Awful place!!! They charged for a dress for my daughter that they ordered in the wrong color and ripped when she wore it to her event!!! They wouldn’t refund me my money that was $ 500! I would NOT recommend this place!

Extremely expensive & not worth it. Pretty much a zero return policy even if you didnt wear the dress. It’s cramped and not a lot to choose from. Felt pressured the entire time and didnt feel free to browse the dress selections by myself.
