This is the worst UPS store there is. It is run by a completely grumpy woman who hates her job. The customer service is absolutely terrible and j have literally never had a pleasant experience here. I would use the many other UPS locations in nearby towns and spare your day being ruined by customer «service» with a frown.

Since my previous review, there seems to have been a change in the staff at this location. It now opens on time and I haven’t noticed anyone smoking anymore. Also, the new employees seem much friendlier.

Wish I could give this place «0 stars». Stay away… stay faaaarrrrr away. They are NOT affiliated with UPS and we had a horrible experience with them.
Goal was to ship a 4 pound package to CA with $ 700 insurance. Easy, right? Mistake was sending my wife to do this and she didn’t know any better, but the rates they charge are WAAAAYYYY off of the UPS standard rates. Total came to $ 30+. Shipping was $ 13 (same as UPS), but «Service Options» came to $ 15.40. What???
Normal UPS rates are $ 1 per $ 100 insured value over $ 100. UPS Store rates are $ 2 per $ 100. My wife never asked for signature on delivery… its going to a commercial address… but they added it for another $ 4+.
Went in to ask about these charges and the guy (from the little pieces I could understand of what he was saying), was extremely rude.
Bottom line… stay away. They are NOT UPS as much as they try to lead you to believe.
