Long time since I visited and still as welcoming as ever. Love the hot tea, it is really great on a hot day. Enjoyed my food and the décor of this café, I will be back again

Restaurant was clean but that is all it has going for it. Gyros was heated up pre-formed patties and chicken swarma was cut up breast pieces fried with a dry seasoning. Tasted like something someone would try to make at home who didn’t know anything about how to cook. Portions were snack sized not meal sized. Taziki sauce and hummus were bland, price was much too high for portion size. For authentic Mediterranean, huge portions and wonderful taste, Monas on Gause at the gas station beats Ali Baba hands down.

Great food and service. The owner is lovely and very welcoming. The plates are good and made fresh. The atmosphere is relaxing. I love the coffee here an the baklava. I wouldn’t do take out(especially not with menu express) just because this food is better when it’s just been freshly prepared.

The food was decent, although we have had better. But if you need to satisfy a craving, it will definitely do the job. We had take-out so our bread was not toasted so it was a bit of a turn-off because we prefer to have our bread toasted. We’ll probably come back.

This was a disappointing experience. I have had some excellent Lebanese and Greek food at different places all over the country, but this restaurant was not one of them. The chicken shawarma was ok, but the marinade for the chicken was a lot less tasty than other chicken shawarma dishes I’ve eaten. The hummus was quite good, obviously homemade, and the Lebanese tea with rosewater was tasty. No stinting on the rosewater. However, we also ordered the feta and kalamata olives plate for $ 6.99 and were really disappointed. It arrived with 6 measly pieces of feta and BLACKOLIVES! When we asked the waitress about this, she said she hadn’t noticed and would go ask the owner/cook. She came back and told us the cook said they didn’t serve kalamata olives because they have pits. Of course, the menu said«kalamata olives,» not«black olives» and I don’t understand what the problem with pits is. Obviously, you just don’t eat the pits; people aren’t that stupid??? She was about to walk away without offering us any kind of compensation for this so I asked for at least a $ 1 off to make up for the switch. The cook agreed to do this, but I’m pretty sure the menu will not be changed and they’ll keep right on serving black olives as kalamata olives. Basically, avoid this place unless you are really craving Lebanese/Greek food and can stomach something that’s only halfway decent.
