Service needs to be a little more quicker. There will be no one in line inside and outside drive thru they are always slow.

Tried it once for breakfast… Took 20 minutes to get the drive up order. Tried once more at night and could not get them to acknowlege we were even AT the drive up. We drove to the window and blew and the two girls wouldn’t look at the window. They appeared to be having a good time, laughing and talking, so I guess they didn’t want to stop what they were doing to WORK. We drove away and will never go back. These are the people that want $ 15/hour. Make me laugh.

I’m updating my review to reflect what the manager told me one night upon hearing my question wondering why in the world these burgers take so long. «Because I want my customers to have fresh products every single time they come here, and that takes a little time.» Now… if they accepted call ahead orders so that those burgers will be ready and just only slightly greasy when I arrive… THAT would be 5 stars from me!

I love Krystal and I don’t have any closeby so I was happy that there was one in town. It was good. Just as good as the others I have gone to. Food came out fast. Cashier was a bit distracted; kinda ditzy but hey it’s a fast food restaurant so no biggie. She got the order right. She just didn’t know what came on certain menu items.

I remember the first time I had a crystal burger somewhere in Mississippi. I was 8 or 9 and it was pretty good. Fast forward 38 years and one pops up in town so curiosity got me. Curiosity has been satisfied FORLIFE! Those putrid grey burgers of mystery meat might create a satisfied feeling after you mainline a fifth of vodka during a Jägerbomb competition but for someone who is just hungry around lunch time not so much. I thank my mom every time I see some woman dragging her kids through the front door of that place while I’m pumping gas. I thank her for being a real mom and cooking great meals for us everyday.

Mmmmm Krystal’s. Enough said. Actually, when you need a Krystal… get a sack. Bring a friend too. Hot off the grease flat, good ol unjuns… gimme more! Two Pm or two Am. Trust in Krystal. Wish Royal Castle was around for noting by my NOLA friends…

VERY friendly staff, yet twice have had to wait a VERY long time for an order. Try going before midnight for best service.

Very slow wait. Waited literally 20 minutes at the drive through Window for 12 Krystal burgers. Waved the employee to see what was the matter and we were immediately told there were still 4 people ahead of us. We cancelled our order and got a refund. Employee didn’t care about the wait or refund.

Love! Love! Love this location! Since we don’t have any in Houston anymore I always stop here on my way to MS. Great service & hot ready to eat food!

Very slow wait. The menu board is so tiny that you will think your vision is going… try to read what’s included in the kids meal! Sliders were tasty but very little meat. Could have been better

I’ve been in love with Krystal’s ever since a drunken infused hunger binge back in my Pensacola college years(’87 for those counting at home). Little steamed onion burgers by the sack ful rule! The chili pups are awesome as well… Recently had the chicken Krystal and I love it! My next visit I will try that breakfast in a cup looking shite. I once won a Krystal eating contest in the short lived Lake Charles store. I ate 18 in five minutes! Sweet! My prize was I did not have to pay and I got free air time on the local radio… Not very exciting, I know.

I got reacquainted with Krystal burgers after a recent trip to Georgia. Glad this one is so close to home when I’m jonesing for Krystal!

Located inside of the Kangaroo Express gas station, Krystal serves up excellent sliders. Normally I don’t equate gas stations with decent food, but this place is different. The Krystal is attached to the station, but has its own drive through. The menu is typical burger joint, but instead of full sized burgers, they focus on small sliders. These mini hamburgers are perfect driving food. They come in their own box, and are small enough to eat in a few bites. The only problem is that they benefit from ketchup and that is difficult to add while driving. Another good item on their menu is chili cheese fries. These are quite tasty, but also difficult to manage while heading down I-10. Service was very friendly and prompt. In fact, the cashier seemed to truly enjoy providing excellent service, which was a nice touch. I will definitely keep this place in mind next time I am in the area. Note: Because they are so small, you may want to eat a bunch. I have no idea what the recommended slider/person figure is, but 3 – 6 seems about right.

Rock ‘n roll, apple pie, mom and a sack full of Krystal burgers. You can’t get any more all American than that. Whether prepared normally with onions, mustard and pickle, or added cheese, there’s no way you can eat just one. Shared with a Kangaroo Express gas station, this location is open 24⁄7. They have a breakfast menu if for some reason you would rather eggs and bacon instead of a slider at 7am. The staff here can be a little slow some times and at other times thery’re on the ball. Either way, they are always pretty polite and take your order right away.
