Bad experience multiple times there’s only 1 employee who has been outstandingly great towards me. It just sucks because this 7 eleven is so convenient for me, being so close to home. Had to make a bad complaint about an employee, was told they would send me coupons and what not for my terrible received service and months have gone by still nothing in mail. Also when brought incident to managers attention he seemed clueless like he didn’t know what to tell me he was no help at all and seemed careless of the situation.

I had the unfortunate luck to lose my power steering after a fill up at this 7 Eleven. The young man behind the counter was so kind and supportive that I had to post a review. He kept me calm during a very stressful wait for help. I did not catch his name, but he was working at 5 p.m. on July 22, 2015. Managers, please give this hard working man a raise and the recognition he deserves for helping me through that very stressful time. I would also like to thank the other people who worked last night and this morning for keeping an eye on my car while it was pending an unattended tow from AAA. Thank you everyone! You are the BEST!

Treats their employees unfairly. Silent alarm not hooked up. Claim to have no attempted robberies, which is false. Favors certain employees and customers.

Conveniently located right off the highway. But the gas prices are some of the highest in RI. Clean lot and no wait at the pumps.(probably due to prices).
