I like this location a lot. The staff are always super friendly and make sure your order is correct. This location makes slamming coffee, too. I know it’s all the same (so they say), but there’s gotta be something this place is doing especially well. My coffee just always tastes better. This location is on a commuter road so in the morning the line for the drive-​thru can be extra long, so if I want a coffee I do leave home a few minutes earlier to account for the line. And yes, it’s that worth it. This is also a good place to do work from or study. They have free wifi and the inside is always kept clean and orderly. Keep up the good work, D&D!

This is my favorite Dunkin in Rhode Island. Since moving, this has become my new Dunkin to stop at daily. In my opinion, service is slow (especially in the morning) but, never once has my order been wrong. The staff is great and inside is very clean. I’m always fine waiting in the drive thru line and like going inside and getting a friendly hello. So, as long as your not pinched for time, give this Dunkin a try!

I usually don’t review chains as ubiquitous as Dunkin, but I feel compelled to give this location props for its awesome service. Every time I go I’m impressed by how friendly and nice the waitstaff is. They have really gone out of their way for me before, which I really appreciate.

I feel insanely guilty giving this location 2-​stars. Despite the prompt service, extremely, –extremely– friendly staff, more often than not good/​great coffee, convenient location & hours as well as always being well stocked with baked goods late into the night, I still feel compelled to write this review. Although for the most part, they certainly near-​deserve at least four, there’s one reason and one reason only keeping me from doing so.
They’ve sadly, given me spoiled creamers.
Not once, not twice, not even thrice, but on multiple occasions throughout the past year or so I’ve frequented this location. After working at the CVS corporate building up the street, this Dunkin basically became my go-​to stop during my final break of the night (usually after 9:30pm). On average, I’d show up for an iced at least 1 – 2 times a day. Due to liking my coffee an extremely specific way (no matter where I go), I always request like two or three creamers on the side: everything ultimately gets prepped back at work once I’m settled back in (no more than five minutes after). The first time it happened, I had already dumped everything into my beverage, only noticing a ribbon of chunky cream float to the top a hot sec before taking that first sip. Unfortunately there was no way to bring it back. Thinking this was a one time accident, it happened about a week later, yet again ruining my coffee. After this experience, I began checking the cream before mixing everything either in the parking lot if there was time, or back at work. Due to this happening too frequently, around Jan I started going to the7−11 for my iced coffee eventually opting to try Dunkin again a few months later for their decaf. Everything seemed alright for a while and WHAM. spoiled creamer again.
Now keep in mind, this had been brought up to their staff multiple times who were very friendly and apologetic about everything (even throwing in freebies) but somehow, it continued on & off. I have no idea how or why but came to the conclusion it might be related to the fact that we’d stop by late at night: I never had this issue grabbing my morning fix. It’s obviously concerning since it not only ruined many ‘a good cup o’ Joe but also poses a health risk if someone doesn’t happen to catch it.
Since I no longer work for CVS, I have yet to stop in again but I would hope they’d fix this issue.

I go here in the morning, afternoon, and the evening on my ride home. Usually a few familiar faces and they pretty much know my order. Service is a bit slower in the morning, not that bad though. Unfamiliar people typically always get the order right as well.
I have not experienced burnt coffee at this location as of yet.
Everyone here, especially the evening crew, is friendly.
