Claires

First review woohoo, anyways kudos to Claire’s! Never thought I would have a great experience at a place like this BUT to my surprise I’m very happy.
I went into Claire’s KNOWING what I wanted but 1 not knowing where it was or 2 what size (diamond earrings). So I walk in was greeted by both employees, and was told the sale promotion going on. I completely disregarded it because I knew I was going straight to clearance assuming they had what I need. So I then asked for help since I was already offered it and kindly rejected. This employee went above and beyond she helped me find the earrings I needed, and she got me to buy something else I really needed but wasn’t going to get at the time. And since the promo was going on it was entire store but 1 get the next 5.00 so needless to say I got a HUGE deal!
I was so happy on how sweet the young lady was, like extremely happy. She even made sure I got the most expensive thing that was only going to be 5.00. She made sure I got best quality, and still managed to up sell and make her customer happy. I will be back more often.
