Very handy to be able to get a new router when yours dies.
They do work with you and customer support. Fairly quick in and out.
Knocking off one star because you can’t reach thr store to check inventory before making the trek. That’s a huge pet peeve of mine.

This place is THE place to go…
If you need to pay your cox bill.
If you need to do it in cash for some reason.
If you want to avoid the chaotic «Mad Max» type atmosphere at the Providence locations… and…
If you want to reward yourself with a delicious Asiago cheese bagel from Panera Bread (right next door) when you’re done coughing up the exorbitant amounts of money Cox Communications forces you to pay for their spotty internet service.
