Kohl’s

It’s department store what more can I say about it. Some people are helpful others act like your asking for a miracle from them when seeking help. It’s a hit or miss on what your maybe looking for and prices are a little more than other stores.

I LOVE KOHL’S!!!
This location is super convenient for me which I love. The parking is never an issue they have a big enough parking lot, and they have two entrances so you don’t have to walk far to get into this big location.
Every time I come it’s very clean and well put together. I haven’t had a bad experience yet with customer service either, when I need them they’re there for me and help me to resolve any issue I run into. I’m always greeted by employees when I enter or even when I’m walking around the store.
I’m a Juicy Couture girl so I love this place just for the section of Juicy clothing. This place can get kind of pricey but I always manage to find stuff for my price range which is great as well.
Now I’m going to tell you about an amazing associate her name is Mary-​Beth she greeted me and my fiancé with a very generous smile. She was so helpful and she was so nice. She talked the whole time with us to keep it cool and not a boring transaction. And she actually did her job. She made me so happy I filled out a form at her job to have her recognized as well. She gave me faith that some workers do care about their customers.
I haven’t had any issues with workers here, but she takes the cake. I’m always shopping here hence us having the credit care but associates like Mary-​Beth make you want to only shop when she’s on. That’s how sweet she is!

Decent
It’s a department store. They have some good products, sometimes. Usually good prices and I have never had an issue getting cashed out quickly.
If I spill a coffee on my shirt, I find myself stopping at Kohl’s to grab a cheap shirt to put on right away. (Change in the parking lot)

This store was absolutely horrible! I’ve been to my share of Khols /​this was sadly the worst customer service I’ve ever seen at one. Not only were the cashiers disorganized — but the service areas only made situations worse! They didn’t even seem to know their own policies — and when it came time to make an exchange — guess what YOU CANT.
Apparently if you have something gifted to you and the price has gone down — you can only get an EXACT trade. I’ve never heard of such a rule, and esp for gifts; seems like the management didn’t care if we were happy or not.
There’s a reason I haven’t stopped into this store and now I’m glad that I haven’t!

The service here is always great. They are always willing to help you find something that you need. The prices are about average but if you can catch them when they are having a sale you are «in the money.» Sometimes they have jewelry for 65% off. That’s a great deal in my mind, especially if you are on a budget. I like shopping here and will return very soon, especially if there is a sale!

My number one place to shop. They always have great sales. Ten twenty thirty percent off. Free shipping on most items. If you don’t have a coupon they give you one. Also have awesome clearance racks. I scored seven brand jeans usually 100 for 7 bucks. Whoa.

In general I like Kohl’s alot. They always have either what I’m looking for or something I like no matter what time of year. The prices can be a little high sometimes but most things are either on sale or with coupons very reasonable. I like the selection from shoes to clothes, makeup, accessories, stuff for the house. you name it. The quality of everything is great too since they carry mostly name brands. I have never had any issues with this location, the workers are always friendly and helpful and it always seems to be pretty well stocked.

I’m personally not a fan of Kohl’s and rarely find anything for myself here, but I do end up buying a lot of tops for my teenage cousin, and my husband has gotten two suits here (both good quality and super inexpensive). I won’t go for myself, but I can sometimes get good gifts for others.

I’m pretty much a fan of Kohl’s in general: I love how they consistently provide fantastic bargains, coupons, sales and best of all, «Kohl’s cash.» (Free money.) Their exclusive brands also don’t hurt: Vera Wang, Elle, LC by Lauren Conrad, American Beauty, the list goes on.
Generally speaking, this is a pretty good location. Situated right next to my fav Target, they carry all the great items Kohl’s fans are used to, plus a larger women’s section than I’ve seen at a few of the others (ie, Seekonk). Granted the clothing aisles can be a little chaotic but with a little digging I constantly find some major steals. Vera Wang chiffon vest for $ 9.99? Pink satin blazer for $ 6?! Gimme a hell to a yeah!
Over time I’ve learnt to pretty much the ignore the «retail price» on the tags: I’m not sure I’ve ever actually paid full price for anything there. Ever.
Guess who scored a shirt, bra, bracelet and eye shadow palette for 45 cents??? Yup me, that’s who! (Literally, folks! After Kohl’s cash, coupons and a shopping pass, mai ‘lil olé tab came to a whoppin’ forty-​five cents!)
