Oh where should I start?! What a SCAM!!!
I purchased a GROUPON for ten lipo-​cavitation treatments. At my first visit she took measurements and started the procedure. During the procedure she stated that I would have way better results if I purchase this treatment that goes along with it for $ 100. Silly me, I did and worst, I pre-​paid!!!
So I booked my next appointment and was pretty excited about the results. I tried to re-​schedule my appointment and was not able to get a hold of anyone. I left multiple messages until she gave me a call back. She did not have any appointments available and offered me only morning time, while I am at work! It seemed that she wanted to ensure that she left by 5pm! After multiple attempts… I gave up.
Out of frustration and her unprofessionalism, I contacted GROUPON! They gave me a credit to my account. When I finally got in touch with her, she stated that she would refund me my remaining $ 90 for that extra supporting treatment I pre-​paid for.
Let’s just say, what a LIE! She kept leaving me messages that she will mail me a check, and then just stopped answering my phone calls. Her husband then called, apologized, and stated the same thing! Then he said, well why don’t you stop by!
Long story short, I NEVER got my money back!!! This place is a major rip-​off! Do not waste your time and money!

I purchased a groupon from Brows and Faces. You never know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The service was actually done by the owner herself. It’s a husband and wife team. Both very nice and professional. They have lots of new things they are putting together and I’m looking forward to checking some of them out. I would definitely recommend this place.

Oh she’s now called Body Sculpt! Being investigated? Change ur company name just shameful! She has groupon out now under that name that’s what she does best SCAM .RUN. Pls research businesses

Faking reviews for your business is DISGUSTING. It’s clear that this owner is writing her own reviews. FIVE stars, please. Notice that the review posted on 7÷25÷14 is RESPONDING to MY review. If this owner had INTEGRITY, she could have easily claimed this as her business, signed up and written her concerns in the comments area designated for BUSINESS OWNERS. It’s that simple.
To the owner: In my humble opinion, instead of LYING and posting your own reviews, why don’t you concern yourself with reaching out to your former clients that had a bad experiences and do everything that you can to win them back? Having customer service goes a long way. People will want to support you when you are courteous and be loyal when actually care about them. You don’t, which is why you have 2 people who were disappointed and left you bad reviews. It’s unfortunate, but it happens.
Ok, so I wasn’t that humble, but anyways, Unilocal is just another form of word of mouth. Give good customer service and people will spread the word to go there. It works the same way with bad service. Ain’t nobody got time to be lying. I don’t review off of feelings. My reviews are based on FACTS. Period.
