Dunkin’ Donuts

They throw away donuts each night instead of sending them to feed the hungry. Shame that all that good food goes wasted. Owners — please rethink this policy.

Extremely rude staff. They were clearly upset when we asked to pick our variety of doughnuts.

I’m visiting the area and I’ve been to this Dunkin donuts location twice and the staff was very pleasant and polite. My order was prepared correctly and quickly. Its like 30° and I got a large coffee and took an extra coffee with me for the hotel room.
I gave only 4 stars bc I have a grilled cheese sandwich and it’s too much butter and I can’t eat it all. Come to think of it, I probably should give it five stars since I’m prevented from shattering my diet and raising triglycerides count

I have no idea what the staff here was like a year ago, and what reviewers are talking about but I felt the need to defend this location based on the service I have received over the past 6 months. I visit this store 4 days a week on my way to work at about 6:45am. I am greeted with big smiles and friendly faces. My coffee is always exactly how I request it to be. The drive through is extremely effecient with minimal wait times. The pumpkin donuts are delicious. If you enjoy all of the things I just mentioned, you should stop here in the mornings for your caffeine :)

I go to this location often because it’s convenient. What’s not convenient is the 15 min wait for a coffee and a wake up wrap, consistently. Also, what’s not convenient is the lack of workers… those that do are on their blue tooth headsets instead of the drive thru headsets. Get it together — this is not how a dunkin should be operating.

I come here almost every morning before work. The staff here is friendly and Destiny gets my coffee ready almost as soon as I walk in.

For once my bagel wasn’t burned when toasted but they only put butter on one side…

I do not recommend this location. Came in with my family after my sons soccer game and received the worst service from the cashier.

Service ok, and the donuts aren’t fresh.

See Colby L’s review on ⁷⁄₂. I have occasionally gotten «weird» black coffee from this location. I did guess once or twice that they had topped me off with decaf. THEN last week happened, after the purchase of a new truck. Said truck sits up high and I can see everything. I caught the worker dumping the last of a stale pot into my cup, and then topping it off with WATER. Tasty.
I’ll stick with my travel mug and take my own to work from now on. I should note that I have been to DD everywhere and this is the only place where I’ve ever had a problem, much less a consistent one.

I was so excited when a DD was opening up in Smyrna closer to 285. I love their iced coffee. YAY! :)
And then I tried this one. Not once. Not twice. Not even three times. Probably more like 10 times. Each time the coffee was different. And each time it was a different shade of terrible. BOO. :(
They’ve gotten my order wrong (did I mention it’s only iced coffee?). They’ve given me coffee with probably about 4 tablespoons of undissolved sugar just SITTING at the bottom only to be sucked up by my straw. And, honestly, they’re never particularly friendly. Do yourself a favor — stick to the DD farther down S. Cobb Drive. Trust me, it’s worth the drive to avoid this one.

This location is frequently out of bagels. Multiple times in one week they’ve had a selection of only 5 not appealing flavors. Service is extremely slow, and rude.

Drive-​Thru is horribly slow … But if you go inside the staff is friendly, still not faster but at least you are a smile

I thought I was crazy about the bad services, but after reading the reviews I feel vindicated. When I was ordering I wasn’t sure what to get and I really felt a lot of impatience and rudness. Also the coolata was undrinkable, I had to pour it out. It tasted like straight syrup. Donuts are good because they are donuts.

They are out off Carmelle since last Friday and still don’t have Carmelle today.

My wife likes to call this location «Dunkin Stalenuts» and heres why. I’ve visited this location 3 times and waited to write this review to rule out random events, etc.
Donuts: We all know Dunkin Donuts — they’re supposed to be consistent but at this location we’ve had completely stale donuts twice, and tonight I got gooey undercooked crullers. I don’t even think they make the donuts at this actual location so I can’t quite understand how the crullers could be like this, but nothing surprises me. They generally only have a few varieties of flavors available (there’s two vertical display cases and on most visits only one side has donuts in it).
People: Generally unresponsive, inattentive employees. I really wont hold it against them if they’re not having a good time or whatever and I don’t really demand a high quality of service from Dunkin Donuts, but this location is set up something like a Starbucks with a lounge area for laptop people and they could do much better than they are. One suggestion is when a customer walks in and is standing at the register, please complete your personal conversation and attend to them quickly.
All in all, this is a sub-​par experience with a chain that barely hangs on. The donuts are somehow never fresh and the employees leave you cold.

I’ve only had coffee, a few donuts from here and both met expectations. However, I’m giving a 4^th star based on the comfortable chairs, couches, and access to power that this place provided. I had to sit at this location for about an hour on the wifi to finish up some work. It was convenient, comfortable, and nobody gave me any looks for squatting for a bit.

Busy but fast service in the morning. My Peach tea was great and also my doughnuts. Will be back soon, this place is on my way to work. Pleasant staff and great service

Being from the North, I have been to a remarkable amount of Dunkin’ Donuts in my time. As stated by a previous reviewer, this location is definitely the worst.
To begin with, upon entering the shop we practically had to flag down an employee to take our order. I ordered an iced coffee which tasted burnt and had no sugar or flavor whatsoever. I also ordered a donut but it was stale and put in a paper bag without parchment to cover. They just picked up the donut with their hands and put it in the bag!
Only one word comes to mind: GROSS.
I love the chain, but this location is not what America should be running on.

This has got to be one of the worst DD’s I have ever ordered from on multiple different occasions.
As of writing this review, I just had to wash out my mouth the wretched taste of a «Frozen Coffee Coolatta» that was actually just Frozen Black Coffee without any whipped cream or milk even mixed in. It was just Black Coffee and crushed ice.
This isn’t the first time they have messed up my order. It’s actually about the 4^th or 5^th time. My co-​worker goes on a DD run once a day and they usually mess up at least one item out of the three ordered.
One time, my co-​worker and I actually went to the drive-​thru together and they gave us a small when we clearly ordered a medium iced coffee… I told the drive-​thru cashier that this isn’t what we ordered and she had the attitude and nerve to say it was and I told her, «look…this is a small you gave us while we ordered a medium» then I pointed at the medium sweet tea my co-​worker was holding. She didn’t apologize for being rude about the whole ordeal and just took the small iced coffee and poured it into a medium sized cup and added more iced coffee to it.
Also, how do you open up a brand new DD and your coolatta machine was almost out of order for 2 weeks! That’s pretty pathetic and sad.
I doubt they will be at this location for the long run since they have so many issues with getting a simple order correct.
I shake my head in disappointment.
