Slower service this time around. Waitress didnt seem as confident as who we had last time. Orders were mixed up. Will still come back because they are so friendly and its ihop.

I came in with my mother today at around 2:30pm on Sunday and it was not busy. It took 15 just to get coffee. When I got my coffee, the cup was dirty. I asked for a clean cup and got a smaller cup than I originally had. We saw a staff member stop cleaning to talk on her cell phone. I ordered the Swedish crepes and they did not look appetizing at all. I’ve had them before at other locations and I know what they are supposed to look like. Our Waitress was ok, nothing great about her service. No pleasant attitude or anything from her. I won’t be returning to this location again. Don’t go unless you like dirty dishes, sticky tables or dirty menus.

So, here’s the note I sent to corporate. Their response? A $ 10 gift card. Lololol! I was expecting a refund or at least $ 25. Never again. The ONE star is for JACQUELINE. — -
Hello, I am writing to tell you about a very bad food experience at one of your stores. This was my first visit to this location. The store was not busy AT ALL. Neither omelet ordered was prepared properly. My country omelet had no onions and no hash browns. My gf was brought an incorrect omelet, and both omelets had to be remade. When my omelet was remade, it was made double the size, and was not visually appealing at all. It took an extra 15 minutes while we had waited 35 minutes for the initial order– and again, it was NOT busy. Neither of us finished our meals. They tasted awful. The only thing good about this dining experience was the wonderful service from Jacqueline. No manager came by, no one in charge even asked if everything was ok or had been corrected. I spent $ 30.24 on this meal, and it was the absolute WORST meal I have EVER had. VERY disappointing. There are far too many breakfast dining options than to waste this kind of money on nothing. Thanks for listening.

Moral of the story: keep driving. don’t stop here. you’ve been warned. go to the ihop near the AIRPORT (i think it might be considered Hapeville). those folks are dang near perfect EVERY time, no matter what time or day you go. word.

This use to be me and my boyfriends favorite place to go but the last two times we have gone it was awful. My boyfriend was shorted a whole piece of the brioche French toast. We barely saw our server it took 15 minutes after we were done to get a receipt. She didn’t have the right change and she brought us the wrong drinks. Another time our server sat down with us, complained about her job and knees, and showed us a receipt from an elderly couple who didn’t tip well and complained about it to us. We probably won’t be returning.

I’m from Miami and this compares drastically. The service was so home like! Our server was the kindest person ever, nothing compared to Miami customer service. The food was amazing too. I had some chicken fried and mashed. Father had a burger. My server was kind enough to make something off menu regarding my coffee too. She was super attentive and funny. Wish i lived here just cause of the service and manners. I recommend this place heavily, The dinner was clean too and family friendly.

Not sure what is going on here. Hostess is not trained. Counted 10 empty tables. Asked to see manager and he snuck past us and left before addressing us. Poor management and training of employees! Will not recommend or return!

By far the WORST restaurant we have been to. We waited a half hour just to get drinks. They aren’t even cleaning tables. It’s now been 45 minutes and we are still waiting for our meal. They aren’t even busy. Less than half the tables are being used. Avoid this place at all cost!

Terrible experience from beginning to end. Had to wait to be seated when they weren’t busy. food took about 45 minutes to an hour, sat with an empty glass of water for about 45 minutes. Asked the manager if i could get water and maybe our food, he yells across the restaurant «can someone bring water to table 73». water came and our food came shortly after. after paying my girlfriend used the restroom, one of the servers stopped her and asked if she could spare $ 5.00, She warned me not to use the restrooms cause they were disgusting, of course since I am a guy and pee standing up I didn’t heed her warning. As I walked through the dining room towards the restroom I smelled a strong urine odor. When I got in the restroom I understood why, there was piss all over the toilet, big puddles of yellow piss on the floor, trash everywhere. There was even an employee, I think a cook using the restroom, I noticed he didn’t wash his hands. had I used the bathroom first I would have never eaten there. The only thing not bad was the food, but the way I see it if your restrooms are that nasty knowing that nearly every customer will see it, then how dirty is the kitchen. That being said I would totally suggest this place if you like the sweet smell of urine, have such a giving heart that you actually enjoy employees begging you for money (after all it is Christmas) and have lots of time to spare.

Yes, it’s Thanksgiving but the service was S L O W. Food was adequate. I would not go back. Ever.

This location made me never want to step foot in an ihop. the service is horrible, forget about ever getting a drink refill, and expect to wait at least 30 minutes before you are even noticed after sitting down. many other customers stood up and left before we finally did as well.

I’ve had breakfast at this IHOP twice in the past two weeks, first times at this location. Both times pleasant staff, large menu to choose from, really nice smooth coffee. This location is much cleaner than a lot of restaurants that serve breakfast, that’s a big deal to me. I cannot dine in a filthy restaurant. The restaurant is open and well lit, nice big windows. Plenty of parking.
Fun menu! I had blueberry pancakes with a lemon crème sauce on top, decadent– almost too rich! I ordered a couple scrambled eggs on the sides for some protein. I would order these again, very yummy! Another time I ordered Ham & eggs, w toast. good, but not exciting, the ham was good and not overly salty, a pleasant surprise.
Our server was absolutely outstanding. She was very patient, and always kind and pleasant, she was the icing on the cake to our whole dining experience. IHOP is a good, solid, family place!

This Ihop is flithy and I gotten sick from the food. I had to wait 10 mins to be seated and that should have been my sign to walk away since it only had two families eating at the time. Run!

Called to place a to go order; got put on hold for 10 minutes (at least… Hung up). Called back; went to some kind of voicemail after a few rings. So I guess I’ll go over to McDonald’s across the street which also has HORRIBLE service (to say the least). Great night!

This location, BOY!!! I don’t know what to say. but the corporate office need to shut the whole store down and start all over again.
Now this is not my first rodeo with this restaurant. I just really started back coming here. Thinking they have improved on things, AND THEY HAVE!!! Just a little. But! This morning i had my mouth ready for a Spinach/​Mushroom omelet after i got off work and i got some sh. That look like throw up. Lumpy Hollandaise sauce and the freaking omelet look like some old rolled up eggs with the same lumpy ass Hollandaise sauce on it.
Now! If it wasn’t 3:25 in the morning and i hadn’t just gotten off work, my behind would be trucking it right back up to the restaurant «if you want to call it that» and act a fool. But!!! You best believe i will make a phone call in the morning to the corporate office.
Now! Let me mention that the lady who took my order over the phone, i can’t remember her name But she was very professional. Once i got there the same lady helped me check out. She made sure everything was okay. But! Me being tired i didnt double, double check my food «my damn dad» i wish i would have. But! I just wanted to give her two thumbs up for a late night, early morning good customer service.
BUT!!! THAT DAMN COOK GOTS GO =:(

This iHop has certainly improved over the years! Don’t know if it’s new management or what but i was pleasantly surprised by fast service, hospitable waiters, flavorful and well cooked food, and cleaaaan facility! I’m usually a breakfast/​brunch snob but on a busy day dealing with soccer and baseball with the kids, the alternative was very nice! We will be back!

Services is horrible and slow
And they never answer phone for Togo orders.
You get what u pay for, especially on south Cobb

Finally this ihop got carpet reupholstered and I picked up a couple good orders including pigs n blanket with blueberry pancakes as base.
The cat that works graveyard shift on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is on point

My food was cold, service was horrible & my brother had plastic in his food smh.

This iHop is ALWAYS packed, always. Although, this is my first choice iHop to visit, I’m not sure why its always packed. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go here on a Saturday — whether its raining or snowing, be prepared to wait. This time we had Mario who regrettably forgot about us. We sat in by the window so it was cool, we had the chance to people-​watch as we chatted a bit about the current news. I’ve been here countless times. A time when we got the new guy who had no idea what he was doing but we were patient. Another time when the manager came over to tease my bf about a Falcon’s hat he was wearing. Another time when the manager didn’t even remember who he was. That was funny. Another time when we had to approach the manager about an issue. But THIS time was something different. Anyway what brought me to write this review was because of the celebrity spotting — AmberRose… not to be confused with Yeezy’s ex Amber Rose, not Whiz Khalifa’s baby’s momma Amber Rose, not the Amber Rose that refers to her Twitter followers as RoseBuds but Amber Rosario — or something like that. I heard the voice of a sweet southern girl who introduced herself to her table — «Hi, Im AmberRose and I will be your server today…» All I could see in front of me was my bf laughing, then he covered his face. I turn to my left «OH, OK!» and quickly turned my head before she could see that I was chuckled a bit. It was funny and cute at the same time. She was so sweet. I honestly wished that she was serving us because she would’ve given us the hookup on some extras if you know what I mean. Even if you don’t, you have to go see for yourself.
Besides that Mario was cool. I usually get upset when I’m ignored by my waiter but I didn’t even see him walking around. I had so much fun that morning that it didn’t even phase me.
The food is always cooked to perfection and it comes out quickly. I always get exactly what I order. I’m really picky about my eggs. I prefer shelled eggs — or country style eggs as they like to call them. I don’t care if they’re country or city. I want them out of a shell. The pancakes are always good. Although they slip on the hot syrup sometimes, all you had to do is ask and they’ll bring it right to you. The price is reasonable. You may catch a special every now and then. Other than that the staff is great and the atmosphere is homely.
Try this iHop but remember, do not come extremely hungry. There’s always a wait.
