We had a wonderful experience with Dan & his team! I interviewed more than 10 agents before ultimately deciding to work with Dan. One of his strongest selling points from my perspective was the attention he gave to technology(let’s be honest, buyers use tools like Zillow and Trulia these days!) and they had a whole plan that took advantage of modern technology. When we started working together, Dan(and his whole team) was organized, responsive, and exceedingly professional. We were selling the house from across the country(we live in Michigan) and that was never an issue, largely because they were so tech saavy. They were even willing to learn how to use Asana, my task management system, to coordinate efforts. I don’t know that I’ve met any other professionals(in any profession, frankly) that were willing to adapt their team to our tools(though it is a pretty awesome tool :-)) During the time the house was being sold, they were quick to respond to buyer feedback, offered me really balanced perspectives(e.g., which feedback should we listen to, which should we table), and followed up quickly with buyers’ agents. We had our first offer within a week of listing and, when that fell through, our second within a week after that. Our third offer came a little later, largely because of some additional work we had to do to the house that was revealed upon inspection. Once we got our final offer, it was smooth sailing and we closed within a few weeks. All in, the house was listed for probably around 60 days, though much of that time was absorbed by buyers’ diligence, inspections, and the repairs we had to get done. In short, I highly recommend the Petersen Partners. Their team is the epitome of professionalism, competence, and saavy. Give them a chance and they’ll exceed your expectations!
